We had stayed during typhoon jaebi that damaged the kansai airport bridge. Newly builded apartment in which you can cook were somewhat different to other typical japaness business hotel. We felt safety despite the Jaebi were very ferocious and had bought wagyu and salt from market and roasted in the kitchen and have no problem. All staff were kind and two of staf members were korean. The only cons, I think, is that bath towels will be replaced when you request it.
