My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 kids) stayed in this hotel for a week in October. We booked a "Royal Suite" room which is about 42 square meetings with 2 Queen beds. The room had many great conveniences including a massage chair, a separate double vanity area, separate toilet and a separate shower which are all great with a family of 4 sharing a fairly small space. In addition, there was a separate small room connected to the bathroom with hot tiles that you could relax and warm up - quite cool and unique!
The beds were a little on the firm side and ok. Our room also featured a large flat screen TV and surround sound (A "theater room") which was really cool. There were some on demand movies and a DVD player that were convenient for the rainy days.
The only couple downsides to the room were that the shower/bath area had a bit of a mildewy smell that wouldn't go away, and the 2 windows in the room did not let in a lot of sunlight.
From a service standpoint, the hotel shines as there are many freebies and friendly workers. They had a free game room with ping pong, air hockey, dance revolution, racing games and more (no cost for anything). They also offered free snacks and wine every day. The snacks included Mochi, puddings and jelly/jello. They did not change during our time but were pretty tasty. They also offer a wide range of free beauty products you can take to your room and use at any time.
The location of the hotel is also great, with a less than 5 minute walk t
