Staff were helpful and check in smooth. However, the tv situation was horrible. Only half the networks were available and I couldn’t even watch Sunday Night Football. Half the channels that were available did not come through clearly and were unwatchable

EMT Buddy said they are called there all the time for drug overdoses. People in and out all night. Slept terrible.

Onion and used soap smelly
Check in was easy. They were helpful in getting a room on the first floor. However...upon entering room, there was a smell. I found onion and other items on the floor. There was a used bar of soap on the bathroom floor. The toliet wouldnt flush. When i told front desk they indicated just hold down the handle until the "items" went down. Ice macine looked sketchy and only one that on the other end of hotel.

Beware hidden fees
We are a church group who booked 2 rooms with 1 chaperone and 3 teenagers per room. Our church was surprised to see $30 added per room. $10 per child. When we asked the proprietor why we were being charged for an allowable number of guests, he tried to tell us that it was a hotels.com policy that he had no control over (it is not). We would have been happy staying in a musty old motel with a substandard breakfast as that is what we assumed we were paying for. With the extra charges we could just as well have stayed somewhere nicer.

There was no hidden fees. You were already told the price for the rooms when you had booked the rooms. it was not like I added the fees when you check in. So next time make sure you look at the final price before booking it. So there no confusion at check in time.

This Hotel was not a desirable place to stay. I did not feel safe as the exterior doors do not lock. The room condition just was not good.

We were given a handicap room and the bathroom was weird. damaged wall in bathroom. we were right next to the highway off ramp and it was very noisy in that room.

There were bare wires and spliced together wires outside of the building. The bathroom floor need some cleaning in the corners. The continental breakfast wasn't even available on Monday and very little to choose from on Sunday

The whole property needs updating, especially the bathroom in the room. Dripping sink, toilet not working properly, shower curtin had mold on it, and no hot water one morning. No one at front desk mentioned a breakfast bar, found it by accident.

OUR SHOWER HAD VERY LITTLE HOT WATER PRESSURE THE FIRST DAY. THE SECOND DAY WENT TO SHOWER, NO WATER PRESSER FOR THE HOT WATER. COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER AS NO WATER AT ALL. WHEN ASKED ON LEAVING ABOUT A CREDIT TOWARD ANOTHER STAY I WAS TOLD NO, AND THEY WERE HAVING ISSUES WITH THAT ROOM. I SAID WELL, YOU BEST NOT RENT IT OUT AGAIN TILL YOU GET THE PROBLEM FIXED. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Nice lady at check-in who tried to be helpful, but didn’t have much information. Breakfast supposedly at 6:30 am, the desk clerk ran in with groceries around 7:15. No tea, no hot water, no milk—pretty much a few bagels and donuts. Place looks abandoned. Overpriced for what you get.

the toilet wouldn't flush half the time. Bathroom was disgusting. Taking a shower in standing water. Ice machine far away. Shampoo only, no conditioner. Extremely small bars of soap. Sink dripping constantly.
