Booked the jetted tub room on Expedia. Checked in, was given a room, get to it, and no jetted tub. Simple mistake? Nope! The hotel just decided to give the room I booked to someone else! And the front desk seemed like this was normal. I had to get Expedia to call the hotel and cancel the reservation, since the room I had booked "already had people in it" (per the front desk clerk). DO NOT book this hotel if you have any room preferences, since they clearly don't care.

The first thing you come upon at the check in is cigarette butts snd garbage. The planters were full of dead flowers. Our room was dark and dingy. The furniture was in rough shape The bathroom door had dings in it. The wall paper was peeling up. And there was no fan. For 608.06 for two nights there’s no way this a r was up to that price. We use Best Western Plus a lot but we will not recommend or te visit this one.

It was convenient to the venue I was attending.. I can take a look at my car from my room for safety. Nearer to Bells corner for dinning.

Our suite was nice with fairly updated bathroom and a sitting room. Staff were friendly. Pool was too cold to enjoy and only used it for a few minutes of our four day stay.

When my wife and I arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a suite at no additional cost. However, when we went to the suite we found that the room reeked of chlorine as it overlooked the pool. We both immediately turned and fled the room. Fortunately, they were able to find us another room which was okay. One thing that we asked the cleaning lady prior to us checking out was "Do you put tea in the room?" "No." "What about decaf coffee?" "No."

Bathroom under equipped. No light over vanity (a must) Poor coffee set up on top of fridge too high Aging equipment and decor. Beds were newer and comfortable. No breakfast buffet. Front desk attendant very helpful about Uber rides

Property was clean, rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly. However, more supervision or overlooking should be required put in place in pool area to make sure guests are following safety rules (while we were there with our kids several others were there as well but not following basic safety rules) Also, we asked for extra pillows at around 3pm. At 9pm when all of us were about to fall asleep and my young son was already asleep we recieved a call about the extra pillows waking up certain guests in our room

This property was bad … I should have been paid to stay here. Pull out couch was horrible sleeping on bars. Anytime you walked outside all you smelt was pot and saw many cracked out people. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel

The desk staff were friendly, the room very clean, and the pool warm and clean. Seemed a bit of a party place upon first impression but wasn’t terribly noisy. Found the mattress a bit too soft for a great night’s sleep. 3/5 overall

Was clean the room cleaners were in and gave towels when requested. The pool was nice and cool on a hot day. The food in the restaurant was all good. Would stay here again

The pictures on Expedia look nothing like it does in person. The sofa was stained and very very dirty. The building was not in good shape like the pictures show. The furniture is also in rough shape. Again, nothing like the pictures.
