Charmante maison d'hôtes familiale, tout est propre, bien décoré et confortable. Tous les équipements sont disponibles, et les deux hôtes sont charmants et aux petits soins! Je regrette de ne pas avoir pu y passer beaucoup de temps.

Top geführtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Guesthouse!! Ganz herzliche Besitzer, die sich sehr um alle Gäste kümmern und viel Freude daran haben. Warmspeisen zum Frühstück werden individuell zubereitet. Besonders toll war der gut gefüllte Kühlschrank im Zimmer mit Getränken, welche man günstig erwerben konnte. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr sauber. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

What an amazing stay. Perfect for a short stay to explore the surrounding area. The property is so lovely, hidden away behind a nice facade but what makes this place so great is the hosts - we did things we have never done were it not for your recommendations, thank you :)

We were pleasantly surprised to find that our last minute booking in Oudtshoorn was one of our best stays during our Christmas trip. The hosts were exceptional in their professionalism and personal attention to us. They were very knowledgeable about the areas “must do’s” and eating establishments and even took the time to book some of these on our behalf. Breakfast was a relaxing affair with something for everyone and both a hot and cold breakfast available with the calm sounds of the birds and gentle music in the background. The accommodation is comfortable with the air conditioning being a welcome addition to each room. The owners are gracious and their welcoming demeanor added volumes to the richness of our experience of Oudtshoorn. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Perfect stopover
Lovely guest house owned by a very helpful friendly couple. Right on high st so you can walk safely to several restaurants. The best bit is having your own front door, all bedrooms have outdoor access to rooms so you don’t feel like staying in someone’s home which I hate. Great breakfasts

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Magda und Christo. Beide sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben viele Vorschläge für Unternehmungen während unseres Aufenthalts bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist tiptopp. Alles sehr sauber. Schöner sauberer Pool. Sehr gutes Frühstück, es wird gerne auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen, sollten wir wieder nach Oudtshoorn fahren. Nochmal vielen Dank für die schönen Tage :-)

What a wonderful stay. Our hosts were lovely and went out of their way to help with bookings for trips and restaurants, as well as being very welcoming and just a really nice couple. The room was great with a very comfortable bed, all the amenities required and a lovely shower and washroom. Location is also great, especially for the caves and the excellent restaurant Nostalgie.

Superb stay.
Marta and Cristo are very friendly and helpful. The have gone the extra mile for guests, making sure they provide everything you need. From fans that work during loadshedding, to a filtered water tap and a well stocked honesty fridge. Will stay here again next trip.

Stayed one night on our way from Cape Town to Plettenberg Bay. Hotel was clean and the room spacious. Owners were very helpful and friendly, gave us suggestions of where to eat and what to see. Location was great as we could walk to restaurants and shops easily. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I cannot rate this guest house enough. It was such a fantastic welcome and they gave us some top tips for our journey on. They could recommend the best things to do in the area and booked us in for a meal in one of the local restaurants. 5 star. If we come back to South Africa I would definitely want to stay again and would recommend anyone to even stop for one night to experience it too. Such high attention to detail.

Christo e a Sua esposa foram muito atenciosos conosco. Explicaram todas as informações da região e a hospedagem e quarta também estavam limpas e confortáveis. Precisamos de plástico bolha para embalar os vinhos que tínhamos comprado e eles compraram pra gente. Estar na guest house deles foi um dos pontos altos da viagem.

Wir hatten 2 tolle Tage bei Cristo und Magda, welche mit Liebe zum Detail dieses Haus leiten. Sie machen alles Mögliche damit ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Die persönliche Betreuung mit guten Tips wie auch die tollen Gespräche waren eine Bereicherung auf unsere Reise. Wir würden sofort wieder dort übernachten.

The ultimate guesthouse. Lovely couple maked you feel like you was family. Very orginazed and really knew everything around and giving you map and discussed and helped to plan Your day. Everything was wonderful, the location is very central to some fabulous resturants, and the local area. The hosts are wonderful, so helpful, you feel like one of the family from check in. The accommodation is beautiful designed and so clean. The breakfast has such a great choice, we highly recommend this accommodation.

We were greeted by the owners and given the warmest welcome. They made us feel like friends and had lots of helpful suggestions for our time in Oudtshoorn and travels onward. The place is lovely with spacious and clean rooms and a convenient location. Breakfast was great and we wished we could have stayed longer!

Very friendly welcome and great breakfast. Well located for town. Good tips for local sightseeing, dinner etc. Very satisfied. Would have benefited from a two night stay instead of one.
