We are unaware of what pictures you may have seen when you booked the room, however we apologize that you felt misled. Since your room was ready we had checked you in earlier than check in time. While checking in, you were told the room would be upstairs as well. Shortly after checking in, you requested for more blankets, which were provided to you and no other comments or concerns were voiced at that time. Almost 1 1/2 hours later you informed the front desk that, the room was not clean, the room was upstairs (someone in your party could not do stairs), and the beds were uncomfortable. We did offer another room to you at that point that was declined by you. A little while later, unknown of what your final decision was, we called you, you had informed us that you will be holding on to the key and will be using the room as needed. In any event, we apologize that you did not have great experience with us.
