Very positive experience.
Our little 'villa' was extremely clean and comfortable! In our unit the carpeting was new and the kitchen had everything we needed. We, personally enjoyed the outdoor pool, ping pong and went for a movie during movie night. It was charming. Off of Bennett street, just past the villa's on the right is a public place to park your car and use the beach access.

Nice place to stay!
Looking at some prior reviews I was a bit skeptical but that proved to be unfounded. The units are timeshares and they aren't luxury units and they are somewhat dated, BUT the unit we stayed in S-6A was exceptionally clean and met our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable (King) We didn't use the murphy bed. The kitchen was adequately equipped. No maid service but we didn't expect or need it. The blinds for the sliding door in the bedroom were the horizontal plastic slats which never have worked well but it wasn't a problem. The bedroom is very large and there is a full size walk in shower and large vanity in the bedroom with a separate half bath with toilet and sink that is adjacent to the bedroom. We didn't use any of the amenities such as pool or laundry room but they looked to be fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok, but not what I expected
The condo itself was cute and the bed was comfy. There was a nice game room with a pool table. Nice indoor pool as well. The kitchen was a totally different story and something I have ever seen in a villa condo. There was a coffee maker and coffee filters, but not even coffee for the first morning. The kitchen flatware was 3 spoons and a couple of forks and really no cooking utensils to speak of. The microwave shelf was broken and the microwave was ancient. It had a can opener, but it was broken, so I couldn't even open a can. As far as activities, they was next to none and the ones I did show up to, no staff was even there. I do think these villas need updating and the kitchen needs to be stocked for at least 2 people.

A lot of Great Things, and noisy
Great Location; Extremely Friendly Staff; Clean; Easy Check-in; Safe; Great Indoor Pool and Hot Tub Facility. Bed was not too comfortable, but okay. We stayed in April and it was noisy; we could hear couples and kids through the walls pretty easily. We were out most of the time, and there were quiet hours, so it was not too bad. Overall, this place was a very good value!

The apartments need an update so bad, looks like I’m the 80’s . Was clean but the shower was yellow and old. The bed was comfy but like a said need an sofa te si bad. The pool was green and we didn’t even bother to find the i door pool.

Not a beach stay, but decent amenities.
The room was a little dated, the bathroom fan didn't work, the kitchen sink was too small for washing dishes (and no dry rack), and the screen windows needed replaced (large holes). However, the amenities were good and the people were very friendly. A close drive to the Kitty Hawk Beach, but not walkable because you have to cross a busy roadway.

Nice quiet, clean place!
The only complaint we had is that we were asked to specify whether we wanted a Queen or Twin beds. We specified Twins but the villa we got only had a Queen bed. We are used to a King so that was fairly uncomfortable and cramped for us. Otherwise, all else was good!

Love the fact that we were upgraded so it was very comfortable with full kitchen. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the carpets to vinyl flooring and clean the old moldy deck . The whole house also smells old and moldy.

Nice accommodations for a multiple day vacation
Nice, spacious condo with adequate dishes, utensils, sheets and towels. There were three pools on the property (one indoors) as well as a golf course (did not use). The location was good, being near markets, as well as Duck. I would recommend it for a multiple day stay.

Best time!
Its very cute and it was the a great stay. Very friendly staff. You had to bring stuff with you like food, hygiene stuff as well. They offered towles and a few bar of soap. Had games, pools, grill, and fun activities as well. It was close to stores and the beach obviously but its was a amazing stay and would come back again.

Checkin took awhile because our checkin package was missing. We had to move condos after the first night to accommodate another guest. The floors were so weak you could hear every step of guests upstairs

Good value accommodations
Check in was a little confusing but got in ok. The unit was nice for the price with a good location with a golf course in the back. (Beware - golf balls may hit your car) The units were well stocked with kitchen and linens. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms were nice but cheap finishing and getting old. Mattresses were uncomfortably cheap. Shower pressure was low. The overall complex was nice with good amenities, indoor and outdoor pool and kids activities. The place isn’t far from the beach but you have to drive. Staff was very friendly.

Price was good. Two outside pools and one indoor pool. Daily activities good. Didn't realize that a request for a queen beded room was only a request and was notified a few days ahead that we'd have a two-room condo (which we liked) with a small kitchenette and two twin beds for me and my wife. The comfort level of the beds were okay for a five nights stay. We'd like to stay again and get the larger condo with a queen bed and full kitchen.

It was ok
The condos are nice but you can tell that they are old. The furniture does need updating. The beds were not comfortable unfortunately also the bathrooms were not clean. There was a lot of hair still left behind from the previous tenants. The pools were clean and relatively busy as one would expect. The indoor pool was also very nice as well as the hot tub.

Wonderful Location and Great Staff
Great Staff! This property is well maintained, clean, excellent parking spot sizes (we have a full-size 3500 crew truck). Spacious condos with well equipped kitchens. High quality bath towels. Only negative is the mattresses & pillows were horrible. My two adult children slept on floor. It is a shame because we travel to this location often and would love to be repeat customers but the horrible nights of not resting and back aches completely devalue the experience. Flat pillows and mushy beds you feel springs in. My family can usually sleep anywhere. So if sleep comfort is not an issue this place is perfect. Maybe bring 5 inch mattress toppers. Otherwise terrific location.
