It is located in fornt of cool beach. And Hotsl serves happy hour pleasure. It is free refreshmsnt such as pop-con, wine.

Very good breakfast. Didn't attend the Happy Hour and chocolate chips giveaway later but thought that was a nice touch. Couldn't see the ocean eventhough my room was listed as partial view. The sand dunes are too high.....

Loved this place!! Oceanfront corner room with 2 balconies! Sunrise from bed lol Great breakfast! Beach chairs and towels! They really take good care of you!

This property was perfect for our needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the view from our rooms balcony gave us the sunrise, and the breakfast options did not disappoint.

Very good hotel with reasonable price. The view from the balcony is a bit blocked by the dune but it is still acceptable.

Staff was very friendly. This is an older property, but they have kept up with maintenance and remodeling. It is very clean and right on the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was great as they cook actual food, it is not frozen stuff just being reheated. I would stay here again.

The room was good. Great views of the ocean. Unfortunately, we were not able to go onto the balcony due to the constant smell of pot smoke. There were no smoking signs, but this was not enforced. Hallways, elevators and outside also smelled of smoke. Maybe it's hard to monitor and stop.

My husband was not impressed with the smoking area when they have a balcony on the 2nd floor that no one was using. Overall a nice room and great view of the ocean.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was always clean and neat. Some areas could use a little updating. The staff was always personable, polite and helpful. The morning breakfast offering was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.
