You could hear the lake.There were spiders everywhere and it smelled of glade air freshers of which there were 3 to be found.Needed a good cleaning.

Basic accommodation perfect for one night which is exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of clean towels, bar fridge, microwave and TV. Nothing fancy but the reasonable price reflects that! Thank you for checking on us. It was appreciated!

This is an old roadside motel with about a dozen rooms where each room has a single parking slot right in front of its room door. The rooms are small but have been somewhat modernized. My only real complaint is that the faux hardwood floor in my room had not been cleaned and was pretty dirty. I also found only one wall outlet in the room, nowhere else to plug in chargers.

I arrived late only to find the office closed so I had to call the manager however, I'm Deaf and can't use the phone only can text on my cellphone but fortunately another customer was able to assist me and I got into my room nonetheless.

The room was much smaller than expected. It was surface clean. It could use a deep clean. The pool was quite cold. The property was nice but could use some extra attention. (Weeding, trimming, etc. ). The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beds were nicely made but old. Not very comfortable. It was an adequate place to stay but not comfortable.

Weekend stay
Everything was clean and tidy. Would have liked a hair dryer, but not a big deal. The host was polite and welcoming.

Great value at this motel. Rooms are clean, pool is great. The location is fantastic, you can walk to Kincardine main street, right near beach and great restaurants.

They need to upgrade coffee makers and get cobwebs out of corners. Shower needs to be re-grouted. All and all it was fairly clean and owner was very friendly and helpful

Super cute motel! walking distance to the beach, even though it wasnt the summer season yet, i would definitely come back preferably in the summer. The manager/staff was really friendly and accommodating for whatever we needed. They certainty go above and beyond for their guest. If your looking for a quite cozy stay on a budget, than check out lakeview motel:)

The room had terrible smell. Tried everything yet the smell never went away.

Saw no one. Phone number to call for registration. Room was open and key was left on the table. When we left, I signed the paper that was left for payment and left with key in drop box. Don’t understand this!!
