Comfy beds and a large bathroom/shower. Stated they'd clean the room every other day and never came by to do so, though Cassie was super helpful.

Stayed four nights . No changing of towels and room clean up ever done . Still enjoyed my stay . Room had been set up well - enough towels and supplies were there so not too much of a problem with no cleaning

Very clean, quiet and safe area! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very nice and friendly! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very busy yet guiet. The pool and spa were well maintained and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near many restaurants nearby.

Check in was super easy and quick. The room was nice definitely was a little dirty in spots. The refrigerator didn’t work well at all and smelled like weed wasn’t too happy about that. But overall it was a decent hotel for the price and the area.

The hotel is nice overall but for one of the rooms we had to switch twice due to the smell int 2 of the rooms. There was a bad odor that wasn’t resolved after an ozone treatment. After waiting about a hour for the treatment to complete in the second room, the smell was still present. The third room they put us in was fine.

The property is a great finding, the staff is attentive and very courteous. Optimal service, particularly Victoria and the gentleman at the bar area.

Just okay….
Not a terrible stay but the hotel didn’t seem to maintenance well. Ice maker not working, stopper didn’t work in our drain, toilet made a weird noise when it flushed, and the pool and hot tub appeared to be in need of a good cleaning. The hot tub water was almost green. Not a terrible place to sleep but it seemed as though the hotel was struggling to keep up with the day to day maintenance. Probably won’t return

The hotel is modern and clean. The beds are super comfortable. The only issue was having to go to the front desk to get pool towels. We had to request washcloths and towels as well as toilet paper. Area is safe and the location is excellent.

Perfect location for visiting family in Maceo. Clean, excellent staff, but breakfast is not included. Bummer!

Not what I expected.
The hotel was clean and staff friendly, but we requested a handicap room due to my husband being disabled. I took pictures of the bathroom, which speaks for itself. The tub didn't drain very well and the had a tile marble seat, which is slippery and the dispensers are away from the seat, which is almost impossible to reach with his leg off. Very disappointed in this. Also, toliet was wobbly. Not good for an amputee!

The property was beautifully decorated with plenty of spaces for our group to sit and talk in the evening. Loved the fire pit area! Would have been better if a full breakfast were offered or at least if the coffee bar would have been well staffed!

Great! (Not perfect, so 4 stars, but tiny flaws, all things considered.) The key cards wouldn’t let us (and cpl others) in through the outside side entrance. And the shower wasn’t spotless. Some hair remained and the shampoo dispenser was broken off the wall. But I’ll stay here again.

Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Highly recommend.
So happy with our stay here. The rooms seemed extra large, the beds were super comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The lobby was beautiful everything was super clean. Will definitely stay here again. The only slight negative was the pool had a ton of chemicals. But all the positives definitely outweighed that.

We went to vist family there and wanted to try your place....room was ok but there was black mold in the shower.....the hot tub was full of fungus....pool was green and muchy....so most likely i will not come back to your place

Great option in Owensboro
This nice hotel has been updated. The room was clean and the lobby area has nice furniture and is a good place to get a cup of coffee and read the newspaper or watch tv.
