The gap under the doors between adjoining rooms was so large that it felt like the couple next door was sitting on my bed. Zerp privacy. I actually knocked on their door to let them know i could practically hear them breathing lol

Property overall is good , have great location next to a lot of shopping areas . We didn’t get service room , maybe we should request it ..? But overall stayed was good.

When we got to our room my wife drew back the cover and saw that the sheets were 'stained'. The night manager, his name starts with a "D" came up and saw. He gave us the adjoining room. He seemed very embarrassed but did his best to rectify the situation. HE IS A KEEPER!!! If the rest of your staff was like him there would have been no problem.

The room itself was clean but the towels and sheets seemed very old and mismatched and had some stains on them. The bath mat had what looked to be blood stains. There were lots of people hanging out in the hallways making noise all night and i smelled weed in the elevator, hallways and room at various points throughout the stay. Common areas also seemed to be a bit run down. I previously stayed at the Hampton Inn next door and had a much better experience and i would expect a lot better from a Hilton Hotel.

Overall it was an average stay but not up to the typical Hilton standards we are used too. The bedding was so thin it felt like covers were just a sheet and the bed was not very comfortable asnit felt lumpy and hard. The upside was the staff, they were very sweet, funny and personable. The dinning area was under constriction, but the hotel did seem very clean in lobby and the rooms.

I was upgraded to a suite due to a mishap with my first room. Room was clean but heat took a long time to warm the room. Pool and business center computer were out of service. Some construction being done in lobby area. Not a bad stay, just a few inconveniences.

One of the bedside lights did not work. The phone kept blinking red as if a message. Desk could not get it off…asked 3 times. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

There was a hole in the shower the ceiling was nasty it took us 30 min to get in our room and my tires were stolen off my car!

Convenient location. Bed was lopsided and uncomfortable. Coffee maker did not work. Was supposed to be a room to accommodate 3 adults and not pull out couch. fortunately we did not need it.

Solid stay
Everything was very clean except the carpet in elevator was old and worn. We would have stayed for breakfast but the cook to order wasn’t starting until noon.

Kind of a free for all hotel, if you’re looking for a hotel with a gym or of rhe reasons I booked this place the pics looked nice but it was very gross dirty as small. The floor was always wet bc it shared the only entrance to the pool.

This was the best 3 night stay I’ve had at any hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful and I will definitely be staying there again.

The staff was very polite and responsive. I forgot a very special ring in my room after I checked out. The staff took the time out to assist me. Everyone at the front desk, the cleaning staff and the cleaning staff manager. I am very thankful for the help I received. I will definitely stay at this location again if I am in the area.

Clean hotel and room I did think that the breakfast was included in my price. I paid $18. tip for the breakfast. It really wasn't that good.
