냉장고가 없는 점이 조금 불편했고 머리 쪽 침대 시트 쪽에 머리카락들이 있어서 조금 청결하지 못한 느낌을 받았습니다. 코로나 때문인지 모르겠지만 하우스키핑 서비스는 따로 요청해야 하는 점이 번거럽네요. 하지만 직원분들이 다 친절하고 아침식사도 포함된 가격이라 합리적인 가격이라고 생각합니다. 위치는 옥스포드 유나이티드 스타디움이랑 바로 붙어있어서 축구경기 때문에 오셨다면 최적이고, 시내에 가시려면 버스 타고 20분정도 걸려서 조금 불편하실 수도 있습니다.

그냥 그런대로...Not Bad
옥스퍼드 중심부인 하이스트리트까지 대략 5~6키로 떨어진 카삼 스테디움 근처에 있는 호텔이며 모든것이 그냥 중간정도인 호텔임..옥스퍼드까지는 버스를 탈 수는 있으나 정거장이 떨어져 있어서 택시를 타고 가는일이 많았고 택시비는 10파운드 정도였음.버스비는 2.5파운드임...잠만 자는 용도로는 나쁘지 않은 선택임...교통비가 든다는 것만 제외하면...조식은 기본 제공인데 그냥 아주 기본식사만 나오는 수준임...

서비스는 양호, 시설과 주변은 좀.....
서비스는 괜찮았지만 시설은 좀 낡은 감이 없진 않습니다. 옥스포드 시내와는 많이 떨어져있어서 도보로 이동도 어렵구요.

위치는 시내 중심에서 꽤 멀어 이동이 불편했지만, 객실은 여타 홀리데이 호텔들과 마찬가지로 깔끔하고 무난했어요

호텔 직원분들이 정말 친철하세요.위치는 카삼스타디움 바로 옆이긴한데 옥스포드 시내로 관광하려면 버스를 타야하는데 버스정류장이 약간 멀어요~

Was given a room at the end of the corridor and the corridor window was open and I could not shut it. Chilly in room and could hear the traffic.

The stay was okay however was expecting little more hence we had a good experience last year at Edinburgh Holiday in , almost all hotels we have stayed we get complimentary drinking water but at Oxford Holiday Inn there was none!!

Lovely hotel, it was our first time here… staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our stay… breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice which was great. Hotel is spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Overall we, as a family, were very impressed.

Lower then average hotel.
No extra blanket or pillow. Couldn't close bathroom door and pluss lock was broken. Bathroom floor flooding all ower after taking shower. Light sistem done uncomfortably. Soap dispenser gives tiny drip of soup(of course l can push many times but agai why). You asked -l answered.

Holiday Inn Express: we travel frequently through Europe and the US and we’re always glad to see a Holiday Inn Express because we appreciate having parking, an elevator and breakfast - which are not always available at more picturesque hotels. The HI Express at Oxford Kassam is a very good example of the chain - great staff (shout out to Aiya), clean and modern rooms, very good breakfast included, elevators and plentiful onsite parking. Only quibbles are that the bathroom sink drained slowly, the hand sanitizer bottles need refilling and most important of all, there’s no laundry although the hotel’s site claims there is. But these are minor, the hotel is a gem and close to downtown Oxford (20 minutes drive to Balliol College). Highly recommended.

Very good out of town hotel
Good value for money with a bus stop to Oxford right outside the door. Bus takes about 30 mins to city centre for 4 miles by car in half that time. Good breakfast but on one night there was no draught beer on offer in the bar, otherwise all was good.

Stop over on way home
The young lady on duty was amazing, who went above and beyond to help us when we arrived here and I would like her recognised for this as she has only been with you a couple of weeks. The only issue I had was that NO soft drinks for my daughter, she has autism and uses a wheelchair. Every other Holiday Inn has blackcurrant cordial and this one did not, leaving me having to go to a local store in very high heat to purchase blackcurrant squash for her to drink!!!

A place I'll stay again and again
Very helpful, smiling, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Nice fruit compote at breakfast. Very quiet room with excellent TV and easily-accessed-by-car great location: terrific if you want to be well away from the busyness of the city centre. Very modern, fresh, well-thought-through and clean (apart from spider left squashed on net curtain by some previous occupant and spider running in corridor, also squashed).

No fire in the kitchen
Not bad stay but fire alarm went of when in shower which did not help.
