Dear Nidhi Maini. Yes, we are not very surprised that you did not enjoy being caught out attemng to sneak extra people into your room afer hours. Not only were you willingly trying to breach Occupancy Safety rules which were explicitly stated at the time of booking through Wotif, but you were attempting to avoid additional occupancy fees.

At Oyster Cove Chalet we strive to offer a superior level of customer service and offer a large list of free amenities to our guests- Including free bottled water, free handmade chocolates, an espresso pod machine, luxurious cotton slippers, free wifi, and a large selection of bathroom amenities ( including a full dental kit for each guest). Despite this you made several trips to the office demanding additional goods and services that no guest is entitled to as part of their stay- including coming to our home at 7:30am demanding my wife supply you with more toothpaste. Our Office hours are very clearly stated on the door for all guests, yet you chose to ignore them. You were never refused entry to Reception at any time during Office Hours.We were able to accommodate some of your extra demands (including supplying fresh towels, and bathroom amenities) without any charge, and very clearly explained that a self-contained apartment is not serviced daily. Your booking on hotels.com clearly stated that you were only entitled to weekly housekeeping, and so accordingly we declined to makeover your room after 2 days as per your demand. You then became angry and aggressive, and now have stated that you felt you were treated 'differently' to other guests. The reality is that you were given the same high level of service we offer to all our guests, but you demanded you be treated differently.
