Wir waren in Terrace Suite, war einfach nur Hammergeil, pures Luxus. Von Whirlpool aus einfach kostenfrei Zimmerservice bestellt und Coktails genossen. Es war eines der besten Hotels in der wir je waren. Personal liest wünsche aus den Augen, sprechen englisch ubd deutsch. Das Essen war Hammergut, es wurde an nichts gegeizt. Kann aufjedenfall jedem Blind weiterempfehlen. Qualitativ hochwertiges Hotel. Was zu bemängeln fällt mit nicht ein. Nächstes jahr sind wir aufjedenfall auch in einem der Palomas. Wenn ich könnte würde ich mehr Sterne vergeben!. Danke für alles liebes Paloma-team

Me and my parents stayed here 3 nights and honestly everything was great except their food which I’m shocked nobody else mentioned it in their reviews. Food was tasteless, either no salt or too salty. Not much variety.. But the beach is very nice and the hotel is pretty quiet so overall it was a good experience.

The cleanliness was of good standard and the rooms were lovely. Some of the staff appeared to be reluctant to approach or serve you. Overall, I I had a good experience but communications in English can also be improved.

Super weekend à Paloma Pasha Resort
Super petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner! Le staff est très aimable et à l'écoute de ses clients. Hôtel et chambre très confortable même avec un nourrisson (un lit parapluie nous a été prêté). Endroit très calme avec beaucoup de verdure ainsi que l'accès direct à la plage. Petit bémols: le choix des oreillers, je n'ai pas réussi à en obtenir un qui soit bas / la connexion wifi n'est pas top / 1 chaise supplémentaire serait parfait

Serious concerns
We have just returned from a 2 week break at Paloma Pasha. Firstly I have to say how wonderful the waiters, restaurant managers, bar staff and cleaners are, they work a very hard job and always were so polite and accommodating. Pool and Sea was well life guarded and safe. Now the serious part, our daughter was served raw chicken not once but 3 times during our stay. The first time we reported it to the restaurant manager and guest relations manager, we felt this was taken very seriously and we put it down to error. The second time, my daughter reported to the Guest Relations Manager and she asked that the General Manager contact her to discuss this further as was not acceptable, she was met with a reply of 'Her chicken was ok when she ate it at lunchtime" and nothing further more was done, no general manager contacted us at all. The third time was the last day and I took a piece of chicken that has just been put on the buffet straight from the grill and it was raw again, I gave it straight back to the chef! This could be very serious especially for a young child or elderly person. The food was rarely hot and overall the worst food that we have ever eaten on holiday. I think the Tripe Soup tipped it over the edge! Food felt really low end budget and we wonder if it was because the Lire was very poor. Quite a few trip hazards around the pool decking area, the amenities for the animation team are very sub standard with a dart board and a left handed archery bow.

Excellent hotel!
Excellent accommodations, extremely friendly staff. Osman and Hassan Mobarak are the best in the restaurant. They were very friendly and nice. they are truly an asset. Beser from the room service was also extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the facility is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. We went there twice this year and planning to go back in the future.

The Hotel needs renovation especially the beach,water is nice but not excellent,it's very shallow you must walk quite a few in the sea in order to be able to swim.Staff were good generally,foods were average they could have more variation I think, (except of Turkish night),the activities are poor you might be boring all day there is no nearly any activity to do around hotel or in the hotel,rooms were very clean always and has enough space for a family.I would generally recommend for the family with children.

We stayed in a Terrace Suite which overlooked the pool and the sea, the view was beautiful and most nights we would sit in the Jacuzzi enjoying the evening sun. The room was beautiful and would be recommended to those wishing to stay at Paloma Pasha. Our stay was during April, the sun during the day was hot however in the evening it got chilly. The hotel would provide blankets to guest which came in handy and I thought that was a nice touch towards Guest satisfaction. Although it was hot during the day, the swimming pool was cold but bearable once jumping in and getting that initial shock. The food choice was ok, however a greater variety is needed. Comparing to Club Sultan from previous trips, Sultan provided a greater variety. For my son Joseph, there was a kids club. Once spending a few days there, he became very comfortable with the staff and enjoyed his time. They looked after him very well and was sad to be leaving. We would like to thank Ferdi, the kids club team (sorry I can't remember all the names) and the chef lady (again apologies for not knowing names) for all their time. Perhaps due to low season, the entertainment games were limited. Greater choice is recommended and would hope this would be the case in higher seasons. Overall, we as a family enjoyed the hotel and would stay again.

This is my second year at this resort, and both times the overall experience has been outstanding. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful towards whichever needs you have. They pretty much have everything that you would need on a holiday away in the sun. A beautiful outdoor swimming pool, which is very relaxing. An indoor pool for those who which to swim or relax indoor for a while away from the sun. The sea is right there also on the same resort, and they have a wide range of activities that you can do. This hotel also has a few slides which actually are pretty fast, however you are met with a freezing cold pool at the bottom. This is due to the slide section being slightly in the shade. The hotel has a wide range of options regarding restaurants, and although our food taking 2 hours in the Italian restaurant one night.. the smiling faces of the servers kept us entertained and kept the alcohol flowing. There is always something happening in the evening, whether this be at the jazz club or a late night party in pasha (the nightclub). The rooms are all very clean with outstanding views. They also are very flexible with rooms and the number of people you can have in them. I was in the smallest room, but there was 3 of us in there. 2 had their own beds, and they made the sofa bed up for me. I cannot fault this hotel at all, only maybe the wifi, but when they have such an amazing place for you to relax, the last thing you need to do is be on the phone all day!! ENJOY..

Hotel Looks good, but dirty & cold pool,
Hotel looks good, food generally was good. But there were a few issues. - some some lifts didn't work properly, others were out of order. - buffet would run out of certain items too quickly and too often. - all hotel staff (including manager) would always 'pass the buck' when complaints were made. - indoor pool water was murky and had bits of tissue floating in it, was never cleaned for the whole week. - outdoor pool had heating turned down or off. It was too cold to swim all week. Pool was always empty because of this. - Al a carte resturant service was shockingly bad. Waited 2 hours for mains, which were cold, got wrong deserts, most of the starters never came out at all, and whe we complained, waiters would walk off claiming not to speak English, but would speak English to other guests.

Top Hotel an der türkischen ägäischen Meerküste
Super Hotel, mit tollem abwechslungsreichen und schmackhaften Essen (Buffet-Form) --> nur leider waren 3 Tage hintereinander über Ostern 2015 Regen + Sturm !! Das ist jedoch laut Aussage der Einheimischen diesmal sehr ungewöhnlich gewesen und sonst zu dieser Jahreszeit meistens mit viel Sonne und frühlingshaften warmen Temperaturen. Somit konnten aber dafür sehr ausgiebig auch die SPA-Bereich im Hotel aus nutzen, auch wenn das fast allen anderen Hotelgäste ebenfalls davon gebrauch machten.

Хорошее местоположение(тихо, рядом горка, где можно погулять). Чистое море. Уже можно купаться(+16С). В ресторане отличная кухня. Отдыхает в основном Европа(наших мало).

Excellent place to stay. We stayed off season and it was very relaxing with very few people. The weather was great even in November. The buffet is open basically 24 hours...so you never go hungry. The facilities are beautiful and they have their own beach. We will definitely stay here again!

tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage - gerne wieder :)
Wir waren 6 Nächte im Paloma Pasha untergebracht. Bei der Anreise wurden wir bereits an der Rezeption sehr freundlich begrüßt und empfangen (auf deutsch). Wir hatten ein großes Doppelzimmer mit Gartenblick. An der Rezeption wurde uns erklärt, dass die Zimmer mit Gartenblick, die größeren Zimmer im Hotel sind. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war einfach super und lässt keine Wünsche offen (täglich frische Dusch/-und Strandtücher, großes Bett,schöner Balkon, große Regenwalddusche, Haartrockner, Minibar jeden Tag neu bestückt und mit im Preis...kostenfreies WLAN). Auf dem Zimmer findet man dann auch gleich eine Beschreibung der Hotelanlage mit Lageplan (wo finde ich was). Der Außenbereich ist großzügig gestaltet, viel Platz für Liegeflächen und trotzdem kurze Wege zur Gastronomieversorgung oder den Sanitäranlagen. Auch das Wasser, sowohl Pool als auch das Mittelmeer, war kurz und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die gesamte Anlage behindertengerecht gestaltet (Rampen). Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich. Es wurde auch eine große Auswahl an Freizeitaktivitäten angeboten, auch Kinder werden hier besonders berücksichtigt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, aber -typisch für die Türkei- ähnlich gewürzt. Für Babies gab es sogar extra püriertes Essen. Zu jeder Mahlzeit wurde frisches Obst angeboten.Die Getränkekarte hat auch jeden Wunsch erfüllt: Pepsi-Cola,Säfte, Lipton Eistee, Kaffeespezialitäten, original Schnapssorten(Havanna,AbsoluteWodka,Bacardi..)

Lovely hotel - highly recommended
Lovely hotel, fab room and pool. It was great to have a cool dip in the pool followed by a warm dip in the sea. Amazing choice of food in main restaurant. Of three alternative 'special' restaurants we tried two - 'The Ottoman' and 'The Fish'. Neither were 'special' or a patch on the main restaurant regarding food or staff. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. We'd love to go back.
