Stayed in one of the cute little cabins, very comfortable, had a kitchen. Hotel is not in town, need to drive into town.

Hotel was nice and clean. The check in clerk was friendly. For me, the mattress was too soft, the heater blower was loud, and the bathroom fan switch was difficult to turn off

We definitely enjoyed our 2 night stay. The jacuzzi suite is just what i needed. Comfortable, cozy and quiet. Will definitely go back, if even for 1 night.

A nice place all things considered. It's not within walking distance of downtown Packwood, though, so I would stay somewhere in Packwood proper next time. Nothing wrong with Packwood Lodge at all.

A great mountain lodge to stay in if you're visiting Packwood or White Pass. Sure it's a little rough around the edges, but that's part of the charm. We loved our stay here and will stay agian in the future when we're in the area.

I paid for the jacuzzi room so we could utilize taking a hot bath, we get there and there is no hot water or any water at all. The bathroom sink is barely trickling and freezes completely over night. We thought we were going to hit whitepass for some snowboarding early the next morning but our car was froze solid and with there being no warm water we couldn’t get the car defrosted! My son in law tried talking to the manager but he blew him off. The office is closed and calls are being directed to a call center so I can’t get any help. Kind of a nightmare

I would have rated this excellent in all ways except that the TV didn't work and the young woman in charge did not know how to make it work, gave us incorrect information (two different sets of incorrect info) and had no one to contact to fix the problem. Finally for the 3rd night the gentleman who knew what to do got it turned on, but the only reason we really wanted it was for two shows the second night, so it was too late. TV was not the important reason we were there, but we did want to see certain shows. Front desk/Office personnel should know how to properly activate their TVs.

Very cozy little cabin in a quiet place and close to the White pass ski area. It was great for a quick recharge with the family. The housekeeping let us down though. Not a single visit for the 3 nights we spent there to change towels or refill soap, things like that.

Beautiful property, had a wonderful stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the town of Packwood, the cabin was pretty close to food and coffee places. Located relatively close to mt Rainier as well! The jetted tub was super cute. Would definitely stay here again!

Very secluded. Great getaway with modern appointments. We enjoyed our stay and plan on retuning. Spotty cell service and very weak wifi if you plan on working while you visit, FYI.

This is a very lovely Inn. We had a very comfortable stay at a very reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Packwood Lodge to anyone coming to the Mt Rainier area. We had a turret room in one of the towers with a King Bed and plenty of space. The little town doesn't have a lot of eating options, and we were there off-season. Be sure to check with Mt Rainier Park open and closed dates before you go. The Paradise Inn and Visior Centers were both closed.

We stayed in one of their cabins. They are relatively new with everything you could need. The location is very near Mount Rainer. Nice place in the mountains.

It is what it is
The hotel and stay itself was fine, Grace at the front desk was not. Unfortunately, she was our first impression of the hotel and didn’t make it a good one. We had driven close to two hours from the airport toward the hotel when a construction crew said the rest of the way was shut down. We had to turn around and go an additional 3.5 hours around. I called andGrace was awful. I get that she has restrictions as far as what she can do, and maybe cancelling really wasn’t an option. However, she was so rude about it and offered no help. Thank god we called back and made sure the keys were left out in the mailbox or we wouldn’t have been able to get into our room. Just a bad start to the stay but the hotel is fine. It is was it is for an inexpensive mountain lodge.

Nice comfortable and clean cabin. It's a little bit outside of the center of Packwood so you have to drive a short way to get to the restaurants, etc.
