Room needs upgrading, but it was clean and bed comfortable. Very easy to get around by walking but also very convenient parking behind hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

It hard to understand the rating that had been assigned to this hotel. Whilst the staff were charming, the room was filthy and in bad repair. I’m not sure I have ever slept in such an uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was basic and whilst the coffee was good, the quality of the rest was lacking. The massages was however very good.

Un hôtel incontournable
Hôtel sympa avec un personnel chaleureux. Un parking gratuit très accessible. Les chambres sont agréables avec une bonne literie, l'endroit est calme et bucolique malgré d'être à 10mn de la place Prato Della Valle. Le petit déjeuner est bon et divers entre le sucré et le salé. Pour ceux qui aiment le chocolat au lait celui de l'hôtel est une merveille gustative. Dans la région de Padoue c'est un hôtel incontournable.

Hotel ist die Jahre gekommen. Alles etwas lottrig. W-LAN hat während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert. Kühlschrank ebenfalls nicht. Abgerissenere Halterungen, Laminatboden löchrig, etc. Auf alle Fälle kein 4 Stern Hotel. Preis mit CHF 260/Nacht überteuert. Personal jedoch sehr freundlich. Würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Convenient
Nice staff and very clean. The door handles are sharp and I ended scratching my wrist twice. Asked for a spare pillow and was told “no sorry, no spare pillow as we’re fully booked” which made me laugh. Lovely staff at reception, very friendly.

Great Hotel with exceptional staff!

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Pulizia ottima. Struttura da mettere un po’ in ordine: tende strappate, rubinetto doccia che è rimasto in mano. Palchetto azzurro dove si vedono i segni dei lavori / tagli marcati in arancione.

Dopo 8 anni ritorno in questo albergo sempre per correre la maratona, soddisfatto dalla precedente esperienza; purtroppo devo dire che questa volta mi ha deluso; Educazione e disponibilità delle ragazze in reception e delle pulizie da 10 e lode, stanza buona, ma il bagno era inguardabile.. Molto buio, parte di sotto della doccia arrugginita, porte della doccia che non si chiudevano e quindi l'acqua usciva da tutte le parti, bagno preparato per un singolo quando la stanza era prenotata per 2, bagno schiuma non presente nei bagni perchè finito e non era ancora arrivato (prima volta che sono costretto a comprarmi un bagno schiuma quando alloggio in un albergo). Ci propongono la cena del sabato in hotel, quando diamo l'ok ci dicono che c'è un gruppo che ha prenotato e quindi non possiamo mangiare (tornando in albergo la sera ci accorgiamo che alcuni tavoli erano liberi); la mattina della domenica ci assicurano che la colazione sarà anticipata alle 6 per la maratona, scendiamo a quell'ora ma non c'è assolutamente nulla da mangiare perchè non è arrivata ancora la ragazza che si occupa della colazione. Arriverà alle 6.15, ma fintanto che prepara le cose si è fatto tardi per mangiare.. Che dire? Peccato, probabilmente per la stanza sono stato sfigato, ma su qualche aspetto organizzativo si può fare di più.. Soprattutto in un 4*

Excellent location, a bit outdated
Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel room itself needs a renovation: bathroom looked old, toilet was leaking, washing tube joints need work, air con so and so ... Reception area and breakfast room looked nice, probably newly renovated. Parking is was very good, on-site, free. Hotel location is great just next to the old town.

Excellente localisation, proche du centre ( a pied 5 - 10 minutes max ), au calme, chambre spacieuse et très belle salle de bain. Personnel adorable et serviable. Je n’ai pas essayé le SPA mais la carte de soins est intéressante.
