First of all....when we arrived from Florida around 2pm I was informed that the only way we can check in early(1 hour early) was to pay 25$. Or wait 30 mins in the car and then check in at 230. Ok so we get checked in and enter our room. There was small pieces of marijuana on the counter and tobacco in the toilet. I went and told the front desk....she said ok I'll talk to them. Didn't offer to switch rooms or anything.

Had a few issues when we got there, but staff took care of it pretty quickly. It was a nice stay can I but the building could use a little love. It’s getting old and needs a little bit of an update.

Very well maintained, lots of space in the room - great to have frig/freezer, microwave, sitting room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great price. So clise to several restaurants and right off the highway.

The room was dirty and had an awful odor. We arrived late, exhausted, and hungry. We had driven 9 hours from NC to attend a family funeral in MO. We decided to sleep in our cloths and wear our shoes when walking on the floor and to try to get a few hours sleep before leaving early the next morning. We will not stay in a Comfort Inn again!!!

There was an empty water dispenser in the lobby. There was not an attendant at the front desk at usual times. I received an incorrect receipt with an incorrect amount, for someone with someone else's ending credit card number, but with my name and address. The hall carpets are extremely dirty and need to be replaced.

I waited at the front desk for 19 minutes for a hotel worker to assist me. There was no bell to ring to let anyone know that someone needed assistance so I eventually hollared out "hello.. excuse me?!" A lady came forward almost instantly. There was never an apology for my wait, or any comment regarding the fact I literally had to embarrass myself by yelling out to be assisted in checking on to receive my key.

Dirty, run down, false advertisement, no breakfast provided. Manager would not take any responsibility to accommodate several complaining guests who came down at 6 am for breakfast as confirmed by staff who checked us in. Horrible tiny pillows and lack of lighting.

This hotel smelled badly and when we pulled down the sheets there was a dirty bandage in the bed and comforter badly stained. We left and are hoping for a refund.

The carpet needed to be vacuumed but the rest of the room was very clean. The breakfast was great and it was quiet at night. Had a pool indoors!
