I was told I wasn’t allowed to have guest even though my guest never stepped foot in the room we were outside in the parking lot and when I went to renew my stay I was told I’m not allowed to have visitors of any kind but was told that before I had already stayed 1 week

The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating, this is definitely where you’re getting what you pay for. The room had an odor and melt a bit mildew like. We did have a couple, im assuming, having an argument in their room and it could be heard from all the way down the hall. If you’re looking for somewhere to get you by for a night, this will do. But sometimes paying a few extra dollars is worth it to be somewhere a little nicer.

Next to truck park, easy to find and access; no charge for dog, and plenty of room for dog walk. Access cards were iffy, especially from building exterior. Very small bathroom. No breakfast; coffee just from small maker.

The lady, which I've forgot her name now, was extremely nice & took good care of me. I travel with my service dog & on oxygen as well. She gave me a room right next to the door so I didn't have far too go when taking my dog out or unloading my car. My AC was leaking water a bit so it had towels underneath it & were soaked. So I called the desk & in no time she was there removing the old & putting new ones in. And mind you, she was the only one working @ the time & the hotel had sold out for the night. So I want to give her a shout out for handling & doing the great job that she did. I would definitely stay here again. I yet to have a bad stay @ a Red Roof Inn!

I wouldnt even give it 1 star. I honestly almost just left and slept in my car. Walls were gross, smoke detector was brown, shower floor was gross. The room smelled like mold and feet. A spider crawled on me in my sleep, these sheets were dirty, i would never ever in my life sleep here again or recommend anyone to.

Decent stay.
Hotel was clean. When I arrived to check in I had to stand and wait for almost 7 minutes before anyone came to the front desk from the back. The ppl down from us had dogs in there room and they barked all night, we was in a no smoking room but when we went out Into the hallway to get ice the smell of marijuana was so strong.

inconvwenient location.
Although the room was spacious, the floor was sticky and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also, there were no restautants in the area. You had to get in your car and drive to the next exit for food. The road leading up to the motel was full of large potholes - drive at your own risk.

Not too happy
The place was ok and just that. There was nothing special about it plus no elevator it had stairs and that’s not good when your carrying all of your luggage up the stairs. Plus no continental breakfast only coffee. So I wasn’t happy about all that.

Good location but on/off ramp closures makes getting to the hotel difficult and lots of potholes. Not the hotels fault. Pro: I stayed here before, quick check-in. Con: Strong bleachy odor in room.

Beware
When I got their the computer system was down, so I had to wait to check-in even through I show my itinerary. Check in and had to pay up front got no receipt. Service to the room was bad. They only time they clean is every other day. When it was time to check out the person looked like he did not work their. He had no form of identity that should have represented The red roof inn. Will not recommend this place. Their is a lot of room to improve that management can do professionally.

Pros: Staff was courteous, room was clean, and I liked the location. Cons: Road construction made it difficult to get into and out of the property, and the road from the property to the street was full of massive potholes -- not their fault, perhaps, but it made for a less pleasant stay. Fan on the A/C was set to Constant On but rarely ran (during a very hot couple of days). The bed was so soft that I woke up with a backache each day. And housekeeping didn't even make the bed. I understand not changing the sheets every day, but I have never stayed anywhere they didn't at least make the bed. Next time I'm in the area I'll be looking for somewhere else to stay.

The room was clean. The driveway to parking lot was so full of car size potholes! Check in staff needs more training on the system. Announced at check in no breakfast served anymore. The hallways were stinky (like BO.) When checking out there was no one at front desk. Just a ratty box to drop room keys in. Never received hotel receipt.
