Sorry to make you have a bad experience.We will ask our housekeeping clean our rooms more carefully.Most orders from EXPEDIA are not paid directly to us, so the counter staff may have missed your reservation. But as long as you ask for a receipt, we will give it.But the part that is not factual we will give clarification.Before the guests go out in the morning, the counter will ask if the room needs to be cleaned. We will not enter a guest's room without the guest's consent.When you agree to clean, do it in its entirety, not just in parts.There have been cases in the past where guests have lost their keys and this key cannot be crafted in Palau. That's why we asked to leave the keys at the counter before going out. But we don't make it mandatory to do so.We don't have pork stew boiled cabbage in our lunch & dinner menu. We also didn't offer lunch & dinner for OTA customer.If you can send email to tell us the detail of how is our staff was rude and overbearing. We will appreciate.
