Stayed at Coron Bancuang Mansion for 1 week and it was perfect. The staff was very helpful and always went above and beyond. Great cocktails and super tasty food. Really recommend the stay here. There is also a pool. The washrooms and room service was perfect and fast.

Loved our stay here. We were a group of 5 (2 couples) and had requested an extra cot for the big room. They gave us a cute little bed that’s comfy and adorable! The restaurant food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The pool area was clean and private, away from the traffic. Highly recommended!

This property is average. We stayed 2 nights in The Honeymoon suite. It was ok. The place is not great but it ain't bad either, so i would call it average. Good vicinity to town, stairs don,t bother me but if you don't like stairs, don't stay here.

The hotel is very clean Our room was clean. Bed was just okay. Honeymoon sweet was 60 steps which was not known until we arrived. Cat was in heat and screamed at night which was annoying. Food was terrible. That is why you see no one eating. Transport was convenient. . Itook 1 meal to fiqure it out

Overall it was amazing experience, cs was awesome.. the only down fall is no elevator , u have to use stairs to get in your room ; not recommended if u have elder .. food is great , loc is close to other restaurant like ‘ Lobster King’ & andoks

We had just completed a four day excursion next in Palawan and chose this property to relax our last night before heading home. We enjoyed everything about this property. The staff were excellent, the place was beautiful, the pool was great, the food was top notch and we had an amazing experience at this property. I would highly recommend this place to a yone looking for the perfect stay in Coron.

Great place to stay, staffing is amazing. Just don’t give a five start because they don’t have toiletries, they didn’t have even a soap to wash your hands. Otherwise great place to stay. Walkable to town center

The Property is definitely remarkable. I was prepared from previous reviews that the 23 rooms are accessible only by stairs. No Elevator at Property. I'm disabled, but was able to manage. From our arrival, Mel grabbed my luggage and backpack in addition to another Gentleman and ran 5 floors to the Penthouse which was amazing. The front desk had set up an additional bed at our request, and we were very comfortable. 5 minute trike ride to the bay to shop for food for our Island Hopping. Food at restaurant was good, expecially the CBM Burgers and Fish Sandwich. Made some good friends in Maria and the Bartender who were amazing people. Had 3 wonderful massages at the Spa, which are affordable and convenient. Met the Niece of the owner, and she was very grateful for our visit, and courteous. Will definitely stay there again when in Coron. Recommedations, book early. Penthouse and Presidential Suite/Villa go quickly. They are both on the top floors, so be prepared. The views impeccable. Great staff!
The staff is very helpful and nice. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so they put us in a twin double which meant we had to sleep separately. This room was close to the pool and unfortunately with not much sun light because our window was facing a wall where the pool pump was which kept waking us up during the night along with the noisy a/c. The staff gave us a standing fan to use instead of the a/c to reduce noise and help us sleep better. The second day we asked to check the room we were supposed to stay, but it was with no window and full of mosquitos coming out from the bathroom. So, we decided to stay where we were and deal with the pool pump noise. In the Hotel there is no lift and lots of stairs, the stuff helped us bring our luggages upstairs, but this is something to be aware of. The thing we really liked about the place was the helpful staff. They organised tours for us and they always made sure to address our requests.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and the place is so beautiful and we’ll kept. There’s also a nice view from the bar and restaurant. As you check in, the staff greet you with complimentary refreshing drinks. The staff are so helpful, friendly and provided us with excellent service. There’s a lot of stairs to get to the rooms. There’s no elevator, something to consider when your booking. We highly recommend this place!

Très bel hôtel constitué de petits groupes de chambres dispersés. Très calme. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Accueil et conseils sur ce qu'il y a à faire dans le coin formidable. TOUT le personnel sympathique, à l'écoute, serviable et de bon conseils. Bien situé près du centre et du départ des excursions en mer. Encore un plus pour la carte. Vous pouvez y manger très bien pour un prix démocratique À recommander.

The building itself was unique, with different levels and platforms. Also a very kind and attentive staff! I do have to warn that depending on where your room is, there WILL be stairs - and you have to pay attention to where your room is! It is a little bit out of the center, but absolutely walkable and a quick tricycle ride away. Conveniently next to Sharky's and Reggae Diving

Loved the place, but steps were a killer
Room was very comfortable. Air conditioner blew on me at night a bit but was managable. The steps getting to my room numbered around 80 and there were rooms still above mine. Staff more than eager to haul bags up and down.

Place is a short walk to town. Staff was very helpful, especially with planning the excursions. Lots of stairs but it didn’t bother me. Spotty Wi-Fi. Overall, good for the price.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Plenty of good nearby dining options and shops. The only issue was for my entire 8 day stay, they couldn't get my room wifi to work. Probably one of the better places to stay in Coron

The place is beautiful and well-maintained. The view from the bay is fantastic. And all the staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. They know how to coordinate trips and transportation without any problem. I arrived early, and they let me check in without any condition to wait. For sure, I will be back in this place.
