Comfortable hotel close from Airport
I stayed for three nights. First, location is close from Airport and the Main Street is one block away from the hotel. It's quiet but is easy to access the Main Street. I walked to the popular restaurant, La Terrase. Second, room and bathroom are so clean. Bed, pillows and sheets are in good condition. Third, garden is so beautiful and I feel peaceful atmosphere in the hotel. Restaurant in hotel is great too. Last, staff are very friendly, kind and informative. The reception arranges all tours and transportation for me. Definitely visit again!

We had a great stay! Very clean and bed was comfortable. The food at the restaurant was amazing!!! The staff were so helpful coordinating our transportation and helped us get a new tour when our original tour was cancelled. Very satisfied with stay and would go again!

Lovely little gem of a hotel
I was only at the hotel one night but wish I’d booked two! The pool is small but really pretty with gardens and palms around. There are hammocks and comfy garden chairs for each room. The restaurant and bar area are really nice- the lighting and decor is pretty and the hotel totally changes atmosphere at night. The staff are so lovely, even the security guard helped w my luggage at 3am when I had an early transfer and the receptionists were so helpful. I left some food for a small cat on the propert and they even emailed me saying had I forgot it- lots of care is taken in their service. the pasta I had was great- although a very small portion, and something else came out cold in the middle and had to be re cooked. Some of the pool furniture - the large day bed, is dirty and worn. These are the only negatives I could see. Lovely little hotel- but know it’s about 10 min tuktuk to atm/mall the city proper

Hibiscus Garden Inn can be a home away from home. I love the landscaping and the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. It is by design relaxing with hammocks and garden sets all over the property. The small pool was a nice addition too just to cool off. The staff were very gracious and accommodating. It is located in a central location so easy to hop onto a tuktuk (tricycle) to get to anywhere in the city for $1-7 per trip depending on distance. The owner/manager stays in the property so there is that hands on decision making which makes everything a breeze. I definitely recommend this place. I also saw couples with young children so it is family friendly too.

Hello, We would like to understand what was the reason you gave us only 1 star.While you were here you never complain about anything.We believe is because last time we make you pay penalties if your cancellation fee. You advice us on the same day but you still book another bedroom with us. Would have been nice to talk to you instead of pretending that everything is fine and not giving any explanation...Weird...

The Hibiscus Garden Inn is one of the most lush and beautifully landscaped hotels I've ever seen. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. It truly feels like an oasis and it was easy to forget that I was in the middle of a city. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and every meal I had was delicious. Most importantly, the staff are kind and helpful, especially in reception. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Palawan and Puerto Princesa.

Great stay at Hibiscus ! The pool area is lovely and the rooms are clean and fresh. Would gladly stay again. The staff were also excellent and booked our transfer to El Nido. Only annoyance is the very loud chickens next door at 2 AM.

Lovely place to stay for our family
Lovely landscaping and grounds with a nice pool. Wonderful restaurant and bar, clean rooms, accommodating staff. An oasis away from the center of town and convenient to airport.

it’s a small hotel , but we’ll kept and clean . the staff were very helpful and responsive . I will definitely use this property again . they have a hammock , sitting area and a bamboo hanger where you can hang your wet swimsuits , outside the door .

Very unique and cozy, bath room is big and clean. If your tired of high end luxery hotel and looking for real authentic filipino hotel with bamboo ceiling and nipa roof but A/C is cool, the out door ambiance is also a plus with bunch or tropical plants, the hotel staff will go out of their way to meet your needs with a smile.

Staff were soooo friendly and the property is beautiful, especially at night time. The woman working most nights at the bar was so sweet and helpful. There are some nice restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, it rained a lot so I didn’t get to do all the tours I had planned but it was very comfortable just hanging out in the room and on the grounds.

This place is really nice. Very cozy for a romantic couple. The area is topical Philippines. One block over has some good party places and restaurants.

Fantastic bohemian hotel hidden in the city
This hotel was one of, if not my favourite, hotel in the Philippines. We had a king room and it was enormous with our own garden, seriously it was massive, as was the bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. Then grounds were really cool with a nice clean swimming pool which was lit up at night, plenty of sun loungers and some day beds. It was really well designed as there were hammocks outside each room too. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though you are in the city this place is set back from the road and it feels like you're more in the jungle due to the design, really cool chilled out place. Also on a road with quite a few restaurants so there are other options to eat, however the Hibiscus restaurant is very good and people come from other places to eat there. 10/15 min tricycle ride to the airport dependant on time of day, in rush hour probably 30-60 mins. Only comment would be that if you're using Puerto Princessa to get to the underground river, don't bother. Stay in Sabang, its way easier and cheaper. Would definitely stay in Hibiscus again, great hotel and insane value for money.

We had a stop over here ... spent less than 24 hours but would have liked to stay here longer. Got a convenient massage to the room and got a free airport shuttle in the morning and enjoyed dinner by the pool upon our arrival. Great place !

Fantastic!
HIbiscus is wonderful for families, the staff looks happy and super friendly. Lots of beautiful spaces to relax in and very spacious rooms. The lay out of the hotel landscape is beautiful with a mix of filipino, spanish and mexican style design, very relaxing ambiance. Thank you all to the staff for being so wonderful and giving us a slice of heaven during our stay. I forgot to mention the excellent food at the restaurant, be sure to order the mango juice! Divine!

Bardzo przyjemny obiekt, duże pokoje (niestety bardzo ciemne, małe okno bez widoku) duża funkcjonalna łazienka, ładny ogród i basen, śniadanie jak na standard filipiński w miarę ok. Lodówka w pokoju, dobra klima.
