Alberto was a great host. Good communication before our stay, and very helpful in providing information about where to eat. Nice recommendation for dinner. Quaint property with lovely view. Not a long walk to town about 20 minutes, but hard work walking back up hill if you have any mobility issues. Alberto will give a taxi number if you need one. Cefalu is lovely! Nice breakfast. Things that could be improved... tea and coffee making facilities in the room, lables on the shower gels in the bathroom so you know which is which! Small things for a one night stay. We would book again if returning to the area. Thanks Alberto.

Great location, just on the edge of the downtown core so it's quiet and walking distance to town. The walk is about 15 minutes to the downtown core, downhill there and uphill back. The owner is wonderful and very helpful.

נהנו מאוד מהשהות אצל אלברטו. המיקום נמצא במרחק הליכה מהעיר העתיקה, ומתאים לכל מי שמחפש קצת שקט ולא רוצה להיות במרכז ההמולה. הנוף הנשקף מהחדר מהמם. והמקום עצמו נקי נקי נקי. אלברטו מארח שירותי ואדיב, ארוחת הבוקר נפלאה ואלברטו יכין לכם ביצים לבקשתכם. החנייה במקום חינם ומוגנת בשער. ניתן לקחת מהמקרר שהקבלה בקבוקי מים בחינם. לסיכום מומלץ מומלץ מומלץ :)

Fantástica estancia
Nos alojamos mi amiga y yo una noche. La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir caminando al centro de Cefalú. La habitación muy correcta. El desayuno muy bueno y la repostería riquísima! La atención de los amfitriones fue perfecta!

Lovely stay at Cefalu
The B&B was wonderfully located. We were warmly welcomed by Fabrizio, who immediately made us feel at home and was so kind to pick us up at the train station when we arrived. The sea view from the room and breakfast terrace was perfect, and it was well located. A 10 min walk to the beach, 20 mins to the historical center.

A little gem!
Our hosts Alberto & his brother were very welcoming. They supplied information about the local area and restaurants. Breakfast - a good selection, fresh and well presented. Very quiet location within walking distance of town.

Nous sommes arrivés à Cafisu par mauvais temps (vent, pluie). Nous n'avons séjourné au B&B Bouganville qu'une seule nuit. Nous avons été logés dans la chambre "du bas", pas en sous-sol, mais presque, sans vue sur l'extérieur, ce qui aurait été dommage s'il avait fait beau, mais bon ... aucun regrets. Sinon, la demeure parait assez grande, avec d'autres chambres à l'étage, mieux situées que la nôtre. Elle est entourée d'un grand jardin planté de fruitiers et d'oliviers. Belle terrasse pour les beaux jours ! Les hôtes sont charmants et très accueillants. Bon petit déjeuner. Et enfin, le B&B est bien situé pour visiter CEFALU.

Zimmer sind für die Preiskategorie super sauber. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse absolut top. Der Blick vom Frühstückstisch direkt aufs Meer ist traumhaft.

Vi var riktigt nöjda med detta B&B. Nyrenoverat, sköna sängar och privat parkering på tomten. Bröderna som driver stället var på tårna hela tiden och hjälpte till med restaurangbokningar mm. Vacker miljö med utsikt mot havet från gemensam veranda. Rekomenderas.

Perfect Stay
A really fabulous B&B. The proprietors did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay including providing information about restaurants and other attractions in the area. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the cappuccinos were beautiful. The setting for breakfast each morning was so lovely overlooking the sea. The B&B is a good 10 minute walk to town and there is a hill all the way back up which is difficult in the heat. If you have a car this would not be a problem. Highly recommended.

En vecka i Cefalu
Fint litet B&B som ligger en bit från stranden. Bröderna som äger stället var jättetrevliga och de gav bra service. Det var rent och snyggt. Det var en enkel men mycket fräsch frukost. Stället kändes tryggt då man gick in med nyckel via grindar. Bilen stod parkerad innanför grinden. Lite negativt var att det var väldigt lyhört och sedan fick vi ett rum ( tror det endast var detta rum) som hade toalett och dusch utanför rummet. Kan rekommendera stället till de som vill se Cefalu i ett par dagar.

Bouganville B&B, Cefalú Sicily
Bouganville B&B was one of the best places we've ever stayed in. From our room and breakfasttable we had an amazing view over the sea. The rooms are very clean and fresh and you have 10 minutes walk to the city center, the trainstation and the beach. And last but not least, you will never visit another place with any better service than here. Alberto is the best host you could possibly meet. Very helpful and serviceminded. I defenitly recommend this bed and breakfast!

Nettes B&B in ruhiger Lage, etwas außerhalb
Nettes B&B mit sehr freundlichen und bemühten Gastgebern, die auch gutes Englisch sprachen. Zimmer sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet, allerdings ziemlich klein. WC und Bad waren außerhalb des Zimmers über den Gang.

excellent service, with helpful local knowledge. Convenient, secure parking, good breakfast, served on picturesque terrace. No en-suite, room comfortable for sleeping only.

Lovely B&B near the sea and center of Cefalù
Upon a little steep hill, just a 10-minutes walk outside the center of Cefalú, lies this great B&B with a nice garden, private parking lot and view onto the sea. The owners are very helpful, speak English fluently and made this entirely renovated landhouse a very welcoming place! You can feel and see that the house has been in family property for a long time and that the owners care about it and spent many thoughts to make it a classy place to stay. The rooms are clean, with excellent beds, and provide a great view on the sea. The breakfast was excellent and offered a big variety of sweet and salty foods. Having to walk 10 minutes will be rewarded with beeing out of the very touristic city center and is absolutely recommendable. We definitely recommend the "Bougainville" und would go there again anytime!

Vilken utsikt från rummet och vid frukostbordet!! Vackert läge och trevliga personal! Om du inte har bil är det lite jobbigt att gå upp till hotellet med väskor från stationen= Uppförsbacke...men det är inte så farligt. Lite träning är bra för alla och det är värt utsikten!!

Das B&B ist sehr gut geeignet, um sich die schöne Stadt Cefalu anzusehen. Den Strand erreicht man in 10 min und die Altstadt in 15 min Fußweg. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Loved our stay
The beautiful refurbished house comes with its own church, orchard and an incredible view of the sea. Located a bit above the beach we found it n easy and short walk both ways and pore sited the quiet. The room was very nice especially as we had a bathroom en suite. The best part was the warm personalities of the host, how helpful and generous they were. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately a baby crying all night in the next room didn't help however the B&B is beautiful, the staff wonderful & attentive. The breakfast was reasonable and the 15 minute walk into town not too arduous. WiFi worked in the room.

Prima verblijf in Cefalu
Twee prima, op service gerichte, broers runnen deze B&B. Het betreft een gerenoveerd pand wat voorheen een parochiewoning was, met buurtkerkje. Het werd ooit bewoond door de oom van de vader van de twee broers, die in de VS had gestudeerd en was teruggekeerd naar Cefalu. Samen met diens familie bestierde hij de buurtkerk. Die kerk is nu een opslagplaats, met stille getuigenissen van het verleden (zoals de oorspronkelijke reiskoffer waarmee de priester ooit per boot naar de VS reisde). Renovatie in moderne stijl. Wij verbleven op een kamer, waarbij toilet en douche weliswaar privé zijn, maar aan de andere kant van de gang ligt. Prima ontbijt. Schhon en hygiënisch.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce B&B, et très bien conseillés par le propriétaire concernant la ville de Cefalu et ses activités. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Pas tout à fait au centre de Cefalu, mais ce dernier est accessible à pied (20 min). Coup de coeur pour le jardin et ses orangers.

Beautiful B&B
Beautiful B&B, wonderful the two men that take care of this location. The grounds are amazing and very relaxing. A great break and well needed after being cooped up in the city for months. The only downfall to pay you must do so only in cash, thankfully I live in Italy and have an Italian bank account if not it would have been very irritating. Would return again hands down.

Sehr nettes Hotel in der Stadt
Dieses B&B liegt am steilen hang direkt in der Stadt Cefalu. Das Team ist sehr bemüht und außerordentlich freundlich, die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Das Bad lag direkt dem Zimmer gegenüber und war für uns reserviert (da wir in der Vorsaison da waren?). Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Eigener, abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Very nice B&B with parking
Used Google maps to navigate drive to B&B, take care to make sharp right turn up narrow road, and then drive beyond the front gate to the locked entry for the parking. 10-15 min easy walk to town. Asked to see private chapel, learned about wonderful family history.

2 Übernachtungen in dem relativ teueren Cefalú: wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Zimmer waren ordentlich, sehr sauber, leider etwas hellhörig. Ansonsten war alles pikobello sauber, das Frühstück bestens. Man versuchte auf sehr freundliche Art alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen ohne sich anzubiedern! Fabrizio und sein Bruder waren Klasse. Leider ist der Weg bis zur Altstadt relativ weit und langweilig (nichts sehenswertes), so dass man gut zu Fuß sein muss, wenn man auf das Auto verzichten möchte (das sollte man aber!). Bei den empfohlenen Restaurants bekommt man 10 %, auch gutes Essen, doch sollte man beim Hauswein nicht an niedrige Preise denken. (5 € / Glas in "Botte"). Die Entfernung zum sehr schönen Strand ist mit 800 m richtig. Der Aufstieg kostet dann aber weider etwas Mühe, ist aber gut zu schaffen. Ruhige Lage Insgesamt möchten wir Bouganville sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Liebevoll geführt, sauber, modern in alten Mauern
Etwas abseits der Innenstadt, hoch gelegen, wunderbarer Blick zum Meer. Erreichbarkeit von Cefalu und dem Strand fussläufig, zurück gehts dann etwas bergauf. Wirklich liebevoll und professionell geführtes Haus. Schöne Terrassen und ein blühender Gärten. Es fehlte an nichts! Danke Fabrizio!
