We enjoyed our stay
We only stayed there for one night. It was literally 2 mins walk from central station. We arrived within the check-in time but no one was there to let us in. With luck we were let in by a resident of the building and he directed us to go to 3rd floor for the main reception. A staff received us there and checked us in. Turned out that we did receive a message asking us for our arrival time, but since we were in transit and couldn’t go online. I suggest you inform the property about your arrival time when you book. The room was fine, it’s generally clean. The bathroom was functional and was also clean. The staff was very nice. They stored our luggage free of charge after we checked out - our flight was at 8pm and we could walk around Palermo luggage free. The only bad thing was the stale cigarette smell. I couldn’t stand it and wore a mask to go to bed. Overall I still think it’s good for value.

掃除に入ってもらってもタオルは交換してもらえない。 掃除に入ったあと、窓際に歯ブラシを置いておいたのですが、その横にトイレの洗剤を置きっぱなしにされた。

Our room was large& had a quirky vintage feel. While listed as a B&B, breakfast wasn’t included with the room rate. For 3 euro, a continental styke breakfast was provided. The rooms do not come with any bathing soap, just liquid hand soap.

Nice stay in Palermo
The hotel was easy to find , and the staff was friendly we were late so they contact us to see at what time about we would get to check in , because the reception is open only till 8 , they waited for us. The check in was very fast we were shown 2 different room to choice from the room were quiet and comfortable overall i would recommend this hotel .

One night in Palermo
Con il mio amore abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte e ci siamo trovati bene. Le ragazze alla reception sono state molto gentili; la camera pareva un salottino e anche il bagno tutto in stile vintage. Il prezzo era ottimo considerando il bagno in camera, privato. La zona è comoda per prendere tutti i mezzi ma Palermo di sera è un po' troppo buia.

we found the room had to access, the room was cold, the heating ineffective, no blankets available - checked out next day

Convenient hotel for central Palermo
Convenient to visit the sires of central Palermo, free on street parking. i do not agree with other views saying the area does not feel safe. The area is simply ethnically diverse and a little run down. The hotel is nice, practical. Breakfast not amazing but only 3 euros per person.

nice and very convenient for transport connections
Great location if not staying in Palermo long and looking for something clean and basic and close to the station, the bus station and the airport bus terminus. Wonderful little affordable place to eat just a couple of minutes away too - called Trattoria Trapani - and I felt very safe in the B&B.

Breathtaking interior!
By lucky chance, me and my companion stayed in the Junior Suite. The interior of the room was simply amazing and I would highly recommend staying there. It's a unique and beautiful experience that I don't think you can find very easily elsewhere. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, explaining the main tourist attractions etc. Breakfast was nothing special, as is often the case in Italy. Since we got a great deal on travelocity, the quality/price ratio was great.

A vederlo dall' esterno spaventa, ma entrando è una piacevole sorpresa! L' unica cosa che in assoluto mi ha disturbo è stato che il personale se ne sia andato alle 21:30 lasciandomi praticamente a dormire con degli sconosciuti! Vi sov her bare for å rekke tidlig buss. Veldig hyggelig dame som tok oss godt i mot. Dessverre fikk vi ikke prøvd frokosten, men helt grei standard på rommene. Litt smålugubert område, men det er det stort sett rundt jernbanen.

My worst stay in Sicily so far
I actually don't know why this bed&breakfast has so good reviews. The staff was NOT NICE at all. We booked a room with 4 single beds, received one double bed and one sofa and one mattress on legs - even in hostels they give you better places to sleep. When i asked to change the room or put another bed instead i received the answer: we have no other beds, when i asked to give us second room they told us to pay extra 60 euro! When i wanted to talk to the manager (the receptionist refused to give me her on the phone). We stayed in Sicily for many days in different B&B more less the same price for one night and we never supposed to be trated like this. I Also the area of the B&B is not nice - dirty, lot of strange people, not safe at all. The hotel is on 3rd floor, the elevator is very small so it's not possible to go inside with luggage by more then 2 people. The only thing that was nice is the arrangement of the hotel (baroque style and it was quite clean).

beautiful room, bad surounding and bad breakfast
The room was huge and decorated in a baroque aristocrat style, which was nice. The hotel is on the outskirts of the old city of Palermo and walking distance from many of the sites. The main cons are the breakfast, which was awful and the surrounding, which was a little scary. The street was between a fairly poor residential neighborhood and a train station. in the night it was a little scary walking around the empty streets there. on the otherhand, if you are with a car, there is free parking in the residential neighborhood, which is comfortable, although the staff did not direct us there, but to a pay-for parking lot (15 euros a day)

Schnell zum Bahnhof
Wichtig war uns die Entfernung zum Bahnhof, da wir morgens um 6 mit der Vorortbahn zum Flugplatz mussten - sie ist sehr kurz. In einem alten Gebäude war alles vorhanden, was man für eine Übernachtung braucht. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte.

bon emplacement
appartement bien situé, proche de la gare, facile pour visiter la ville à pied ou en bus. Le sol de la chambre n'était pas trés propre mais la salle de bain était impéccable. Le personnel est sympathique. La chambre était trés spacieuse, petit déjeuner trés correct.

最高の眺め
部屋に入る前に鍵を貰いに行くのが 分からなかったので とても 最初は大変だった。 雨が降る中 歩き回ってしまった。 チェックインは 「お菓子屋さん」 と言っても BARのように お茶も コーヒーも頂ける・大きいお店です。（写真参照） まず ここを 目指します。 ここに行ったら 次に２５ｍ先にある アパートの部屋に案内してくれます。 とても親切でした。 一度 キーをあずかってしまえば 快適そのものであった。 窓からのトスカーナの眺めは 最高でした。 ベッドルームには 天窓がついていて 明るく 清潔で広々としていました。 エレベーターはないので 荷物を持って 上がったり 下がったりするのは大変でしたが 、 お勧めのB＆Bでした。

Vi sov här för att vi skulle vidare med tåg. Stationen ligger typ 100 meter från hotellet. Charmiga hjälpsamma människor. För pengarna ett mycket bra rum och helt ok frukost.

Excelente relación calidad precio. El barrio parece malo pero es que Palermo es así. El trato y las instalaciones inmejorables. El desayuno correcto. El edificio es un palacio antiguo rehabilitado recientemente y esta todo muy nuevo y muy cuidado.
