Best thing about this four seasons is its people and service level, which is top notch. Also a great spa and tasty food at Flories. More than other four seasons we have visited recently I believe this one desperately needs a cosmetic renovation, both to the rooms and to the outside. To bring it into 2024. For palm beach, i would have expected a better more modern and fresh feeling hotel. Unfortunately, it falls short on that front.

O hotel e ótimo, os funcionários são educados. A piscina e maravilhosa, durante os intervalos servem gratuitamente sorvete, coquetel de frutas, oferecem também óculos de sol, protetor solar, enfim… nada de preocupação. Na praia a mesma coisa! Você se sente num paraíso! Indicado pra quem está querendo relaxar num ambiente tranquilo e com ótima infraestrutura. Não temos nenhuma queixa e com certeza voltaremos.

A beautiful resort/location. The pool is amazing. Every single staff person greeted us with “hello”, even if just walking by.

Best hotel in Palm Beach

Over-priced for dingy and broken-down
At just shy of $2000 a night for a standard room I excepted a lot more. When you called for any hotel service it rang through to the operator. Signs of being greatly understaffed. They are charging more for less. The hotel was worn-out: broken gates, dented woodwork, chips, cracked glass with plastic packing tape. Not acceptable at that price for a Florida beach hotel. We stay at four seasons, ritz properties and other five star hotels exclusively. I’ve stayed at this property years ago and it was fantastic. But this was not good. Way way way way overpriced. Needs more staff for the level that the hotel believes it’s offering. Rooms need major attention they are very outdated and very well used. Packing tape holding broken glass table together is just not acceptable for $2000 a night. It just isn’t.
