Definitely not a Red Roof Plus property - pictures on website very misleading - was charged for early checkin and because we left at 4am - the front desk was not manned so we were charged $3 a day to use the safe - that we never touched. Not a safe location - would not recommend to ANYONE!

A red roof inn is a basic, no frills hotel. Nothing wrong with that if you are just looking for a place to lay your head...if you need as lot of amenities, red roof should not be your choice. I would have give this location a higher rating, but we found this facility to be pretty sketchy because many of the hotel "guests" appeared more like they were full time residents. I would note the staff was very friendly and helpful and there is security on site. It served out purpose for this quick trip to Palm Beach

This property was horrible. As we pulled up, that should have been my first clue. People standing right outside their door smoking. My husband walked u to our room and the cigarette smell was so bad we couldn’t stay. When we asked for another room the lady said all the rooms smell that way. I wish there could be some way to tell when a hotel has more long term occupants than overnight guests. There was a definite “vibe” around the property that this was there hangout. Would absolutely NOT recommend

We came early, only had 1 room available, offered me to check it out, it smelt of smoke they sprayed. The smell got worse and when sitting on bed there were little bugs around When we arrived someone had had his car stolen We packed up and left. Front desk people were lovely ...hotel not so much especially for the price.

West Palm Beach's, Red Roof Inn was the perfect location, amenities ( swimming pool ), clean and a short walk over to the delicious, Cracker Barrell. Reviews being read, raised some doubts. The management , Mr. Edgar Belmonte and staff extends their desire to make a stay very comfortable. The accomdations are comfortable and pleasant. The pool is perfect for a good workout and a blast of sun. Easy access to a highway, the best health care at St.Mary's Medical Center, beach ⛱️ ( 15-20 mins.), good food and fun. Thank you !

Check in (fri)- beds were clearly not changed from previous stay. Pillows are flat and hard. Witneased a fight in the parking lot. Phone doesn't work, lights over bed barely work. Water pressure in shower is non-existant. TV stops working when blow dryer or microwave are running. Day 1- (sat) booked this hotel because of the pool- it was filled with debris though- so no swimming was done for entire 5 day trip. Police on site- late at night- unknown as to why. Day 2- (sun) asked for more towels and was asked to bring mine down, I did that, then was told there were no towels to give. Eventually got towels but not until nearly 9pm Day 3- (mon) police and fire dept on scene- unknown why Day 4- (tue) brought my used towels down around 7:30am, asked for more towels, was told its against regulations to give out towels before 9am. Police and fire dept on scene- unknown why. Got a phone call at 2pm that I would have to take my dog out of the hotel- as he was barking and disturbing people- which was untrue. We decided to leave anyway, as I was leaving the manager said he had been barking the previous day too- at 8am- which is untrue as we didnt leave til nearly 11a. He proceeded to mock me and call me a liar. Stating he "checked" to make sure it was my dog. Unsure how he "checked", but it didn't feel right. We have been there for 4 days up to this point and of all the people I had seen he was never one of them.

Disgusting. The first night I got there I saw a roach crawl out from the tv. I asked to change my room they told me no.The room smells like mold. Please don’t waste your time staying here !

Hotel room was not cleaned prior to arrival. It reeked of mildew and our toilet was about to break. The bathroom, bedsheets, floors were all covered in hair. It was very obvious nobody had even wiped the room down or changed the sheets. The exterior of the property was very unsafe. Lots of criminal activity such as visible prostitution, drug use, child endangerment, pan handling, loitering etc. Do not hang out in that parking lot alone. Police circling the building and it didn’t matter evidently. We checked out after one night because it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Stay away!! I truly don’t know how they are still in business. The surrounding hotels in the area seemed to be much better. Last time I will ever stay at a Red Roof.

I was disappointed when I entered the room; it smelled musty, there was no ventilation, and drawer handles were rusted. However, there were enough utilities such as an oven, mini-refrigerator, and a drier in the bathroom. I recommend checking the room's condition before taking it otherwise request to change the room.
