Cozy, awesome and safe place. Swimming pool at the middle of the resort is warm and beautiful, and it is very comfortable because you can go your room anytime during enjoying swimming. I really loved the night swimming with the moon and stars. I went at January, and the water was warm so I could swim at even 1 a.m. Service is perfect and you can contact with host 24 hours. You can use Ubereats and 7eleven is also near. I highly recommend this place. 와 숙소 최고입니다. 일단 객실 안에 펜션처럼 토스트기, 커피머신, 가스레인지, 전자레인지, 냄비 이런건 있는데 세탁기는 없어요. 근데 치안 좋가서 그냥 숙소 밖에 수영복 널어놓으면 아무도 안가져가고 바짝 말라 있어요. 1월에 갔는데 물이 따뜻해서 밤늦게 달이랑 별보면서 수영햌ㅅ습니다. 낮은 풀 1개, 3피트에사 5피트까지 깊어지는 풀 1개, 1m 정도 수심의 실내풀 1개 이렇게 있어요. 밤수영 추천하는게 어차피 객실에서 문만 열면 풀장이고 조용하고 사람도 적어서 딱 좋아요. 주인분이 24시간 상주하고 있고 어매니티 더달라고 하니까 한뭉터기 더주셨어요. 동네는 모르겠는데 리조트가 다 담으로 둘러싸여 있는데 아주 조용하고 안전합니다. ㄱ우버이츠로 판다익스프레스 주문해서 먹었어요 저희는. 근처에 세븐일레븐도 있습니다. 매우 추천.

I like the hotel for its privacy - only 10 rooms. Quiet, no children, no animals, closed area. The swimming pools are open 24 hours a day. There is a kitchen, a large refrigerator, you can cook something simple or heat up food.

Great place to relax and from which to enjoy the area. Clean, comfortable rooms, a great courtyard, and the owner-operators are super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly and inviting. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely return to this location again!

Stayed here for the Coachella festival. Very convenient, great natural spring pools, and everyine was super friendly. I probably dont need to go to Coachella again, but if I do, I woukd definitely book a room at the Lido.

The office is only open 8-8, but despite the check-in time of 3pm I was allowed to use and store my stuff in my room at around 1pm before they had gotten around to cleaning it out, which was really nice and helped save my schedule. They just gave the cleaners a heads up that my stuff would be in the closet, and it was safe and untouched when I got back at 2:30am that night. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The room had plenty of space and amenities, I appreciated having a full table and refrigerator in the kitchen, and in other circumstances would have really liked having the stove oven in the unit.

Ning and Janet made it very easy and comfortable. First timer there...great massage therapists. I will go back again, but will definitely stay longer!

The staff were great and the pools nice. The rooms and kitchenettes are from the 70s, and badly need renovations. It needs investment and upgrades. For example the windows will not securely close and little screw clamps are used as a stop gap, but this isn't obvious.

We only stayed overnight but wish we stayed longer. The room was well kept. The staff was very friendly. We hope to visit again.

I liked that it was very small and easy to get around. It is a very quiet and pleasing environment. The room has ample space, a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable details like the lush bathroom rug, beautiful towels and linens, modesty robes. Very enjoyable stay!

Very clean, kind and helpful management. Loved the different temperature water in pools. Very relaxing during the day. I loved this place! Only downside was the disrespectful people that stayed late at pool were talking very loud. Had to put volume up on tv to not hear them. I’m not a fan of memory foam beds…so for me the bed was not comfortable.

This is a quaint property with a lot to offer. We had a full kitchen which was unexpected. The beds are by far the most comfortable we’ve slept in at a hotel. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use any of the mineral spring pools they have due to our schedule and the weather but they looked inviting. We’d stay here again

Lido Palms is a gem! Beautifully maintained streamline modern architecture and gardens. Excellent mineral pools. Furniture isn't stylish but everything is clean and in good shape. Full kitchen. Birdwatch while you're in the hot tubs. Even had a pair of roadrunners come for a visit. I'd love to stay here for several days.

Clean, quiet, very comfortable. Our room had a full kitchen - wonderful!! Dishes in the cupboards, cooking pans and utensils. It was great! We have family in the area and will stay here, again.

Great girls weekend getaway! We luckily had the property almost all to ourselves. Love the mineral hot tubs and pool. Sauna was a nice touch, too!

Great hotel, small, private and comfortable.
I've stayed at this hotel 10 different times since October 2020. The hotel is small which I love, it's normally quiet, there are no "day passes" sold, the rooms are large and comfortable, and there is a full kitchen to boot. A nice pool, indoor mineral pool, sauna. Had only one slightly negative experience and that was noisy inconsiderate customers of the hotel who stayed up late at night getting drunk by the pool with music blaring from their room. Talk about selfish people. Not once did they consider all the other paying guests in the hotel that were trying to sleep! I called the manager and had her go quiet them down. Other than that, we have always had a wonderful stay. I have to leave a comment for the person who left a "Poor" review for the hotel for their stay on April 9, 2021, and who booked through Travelocity. She said they paid $260 a night [Rooms are $200 - $220, not $260], she complained because they would not let her dog stay in the hotel [Even though the hotel website states "No Pets Allowed"], she asked the hotel for a refund of the $260 she paid Travelocity for the room. She was upset because the hotel told her she needed to contact Travelocity for any refund since that is who she booked the room through, and paid. Some people just don't use their brain. Giving a poor review over things that are your own doing is pretty pathetic. This is a great hotel, great location, very comfortable, and has great amenities.

This is My Favorite Hot Springs Hotel
I really like hot springs hotels. I've been to about 10 different hotels so far, but Lido Palms is definitely my favorite one. It has 3 large pools with different temperatures and all of them are amazing. Staff is doing a great job keeping this pools nice and clean. Rooms are very comfortable. It has a separate kitchen with everything you might need to cook meals. The area around is very quiet and cozy. And a night sky is just spectacular because of a low light pollution in this area. I will be super happy to return to this place again in a future.

Located in a sketchy neighborhood among homes. Not a hotel. Booked through Travelocity because this property was indicated when I searched for “pet” friendly hotels will traveling cross-country. Booked and paid $260 for room to secure. Drove two hours out of our way to get to “hotel (house)” only to be told they do not allow pets. I indicated I had a pet on the reservation when booked. “We don’t allow pets or kids nor smoking!” I told her, I don’t smoke, no kids and my pet is six pounds. I asked if she would refund my full payment. She told me no and that Travelocity would have to do that. I reiterated that her place came up as pet friendly and I indicated I had a pet. We had been driving for two days and it was late afternoon on a Friday in Southern California heat and traffic.... No sympathy. Defensive and rude IMO. I would not recommend this place or Travelocity.

Very noisy. Group congregated at Jacuzzi well past 10 pm and were very loud and boisterous. Due to property design(square with Jacuzzi in middle), noise echoed throughout the facility. After that a compressor of some sort came on and off every 15 minutes throughout the night until 5:30 am....sounded like a parked truck. Not very restful or relaxing. Oh, and someone broke into our car and stole 5 or 600 dollars worth of electronics. This is not a good neighborhood(check out all the ominous intruder signs in neighboring homes). Next time ,we'll be heading to Palm Springs. Be careful. Be safe.
