This place is so tranquil, quiet and relaxing. It’s was exactly what we were looking for. The bird song each morning was a lovely wake up call. The accommodation is oldie worldie but well kept. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. It takes less than 5 mins to walk to the Main Street where there are many food options. The hotel has 2 town bikes that are free to use, a great way to nose around the neighbourhood. We had a lovely few days and would highly recommend this little gem.

Loved the room and the neighborhood, very well located near good restaurants. Our door key got stuck in the lock and Jason interrupted his dinner to rescue us! Wonderful place, highly recommended.

Stayed in room #7 two steps to pool chairs 4 steps to pool, fire pit area with couch, and umbrella table. The room was spacious, king bed, full size fridge,Keurig, small sink, toaster, microwave,etc. Everything was immaculate, lots of flowers. If ever in Palm Springs this is where we will stay.

Easy walk to downtown (we were carless) and to restaurants. No comment on staff as there wasn't any while we were there -- more of an inn than a hotel in that way. Was comfy and clean and if you wanted to stay for awhile there is a small kitchen with dishes for 2, kettle, toaster etc so you could bring your own food in if you wanted - especially for breakfast as a lot of places didn't open until 9am for breakfast service

Check in was easy, the place doesn't have a ton of rooms so it's pretty quiet which was lovely. Staff were communicative and overall it was a really lovely stay.

Great place walking distance to town
We had a wonderful stay here. Small, only 8 rooms, all adult. Room was really big, nice kitchen, big living space. Housekeeping daily if you wish. Pool was lovely and they provided floaties and noodles. Very quiet and an easy stroll into town. Owner was delighful. I would certainly recommend old Ranch Inn to any couple going to Palm Springs.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and have everything you want for a fabulous holiday. Love that you can step out of your room into the pool. Owners are lovely and great to deal with. This is our must stay place in Palm Springs.

Charming inn, proximity to downtown Palm Springs
Small boutique inn within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs and hiking trails. Short drives to greater Palm Springs area, including high end shopping district, golf, more hiking, Acrisure Center. Free, onsite parking (limited to one car per room). Good Communication with owners before and day of arrival. Still use traditional door keys, which was quaint. Small, clean pool and area with plenty of lounge chairs and seating for outdoor dining (we ate/drank outside every morning). Room was nice, spacious, with small kitchenette if you wanted snacks/drinks. Not suitable for full cooking. Bathroom was large. Very quiet area, and guests took seriously the quiet-time. Two cons: 1.) the bed was too firm that we couldn’t sleep, 2.) the shower water/pressure (really, the shower head needs an upgrade). Our first time staying and would visit again, just would try a different room/bed. Owners are nice. And it’s adults only, which is a plus for a relaxing get away.

We loved the historic feel of this place. It was a quiet private boutique hotel and the pool area was so pretty and sunny. Practically speaking I have major back problems and the beds were the best I’ve ever slept on. I was so worried about this and very happy to have such a great experience. My husband loved that the AC was so quiet! Overall we loved our suite with separate bedroom and roomy bathroom and the comfort of all the furnishings. It’s in the perfect location to walk to the Main Street with all the dining and shopping as well. The owners Jason and Troy have created a beautiful haven for guests to enjoy their getaways and we would definitely return. Well done!

The property was beautiful inside and out and the hosts were very gracious and helpful. The interior was immaculate and well designed. My only gripe is the bed was very firm. If you like an extremely firm bed, you would love it. The location is also outstanding. I'd definitely stay here again.

We read the reviews and just so so. However, to our surprise and pleasure the location was convenient and quiet. The room spacious with kitchen, dining area & living room. Roomy bedroom suite with airy bathroom tub/shower. Lovely pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. Definitely will stay here again.

We had a very comfortable night at Old Ranch Inn. The accommodation is very beautiful and spacious and very well situated to downtown Palm Springs with plenty of choice to eat. I highly recommend a stay here!

We stayed here for 5 nights in a room which overlooked the pool. Owners sent check in instructions via email, parking is right infront of hotel all on ground level and room was nice on cool on arrival. The pool is very clean and a perfect temperature. They provide fresh towels every morning and there are floats etc which we enjoyed and watching the automated pool cleaner each morning was fun. There are 8 rooms we think and we soon made friends around the pool with other travellers. We felt relaxed and comfortable here and would recommend.
