Only negative is poor wifi in room. Otherwise great stay. The staff was wonderful in giving us what we needed as we worked through some Camino injuries. Would stay again and recommend.

The concierge was most helpful with details around parking and sights to see around the hotel. It is difficult to find the hotel with all the narrow streets and one ways but the underground parking was so appreciated and lots of available spots.

It is a good experience to stay in the hotel. It is only a little confused to drive up to the hotel following the GPS because the area is the restricted zone. Luckily the people are friendly. A guy passing who even helped me to call the hotel to get some infos. Basically, as long as you are the hotel guests, you can drive up and stop in front of the hotel. The Hotel is the old town area, everywhere is walkable. The environments inside or outside the Hotel are good. People working on the counter are very helpful and friendly. Always 😃

The only detail missing was the lack of a coffee maker in the room. Therefore, there was no ability to make either coffee or tea for those who don’t do a heavy breakfast.

We have an enjoyable one-night stay here. The hotel is easy to find with a close and easily accessible parking garage. The location was perfect next to a lovely cafe and family park in the heart of the old town area. Easy short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with lovely art. We would stay there again.

Ì arrived 4 hours before check-in time. It was raining, and the desk clerk saw I came in with a backpack, and knew I must be walking the Camino di Santiago. He allowed me to go into my room without waiting. Awesome act of kindness.

A great hotel in a fantastic city
On arrival we were not sure about driving into the pedestrian zone, so left the car and walked in. The reception staff were kind and quickly explained where to park and that we’d need to give them our car registration so that we’re could drive to the underground car park, which is a stone’s throw from the hotel. Whilst I parked the car, they prepared our room cards and got on with our check-in. Our rooms were well setup and had everything that we required. There was a fridge in the room and they provided complimentary water bottles. Breakfast was a good setup and staff were all super professional and friendly. When we left, we accidentally left a suitcase behind. Only after arriving in Barcelona did we notice and on calling reception, they went out of their way to courier the suitcase to us at our next hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were all excellent, the hotel and facilities were great, the location of the hotel was excellent, the parking nearby and easy to use. Pamplona too is a great place to explore and we will be back.

Hotel was as expected for a 4 star , after 7hr drive could not eat in restaurant as only group booking even though there was tables ! Had to go out to eat which may have been better option . Poor service from 4 star hotel and guests outside the group booking should be told restaurant is closed to other guests and can eat hamburgers in the pub ! Not good

This property was fine overall, but it had some issues. The WiFi, for one, was terrible and cut out a lot. When you’re in the area for work, the internet connection is important. I ended up having to use my own cell phone hotspot to get my computer to work in this hotel. Additionally, the room service hours were often irregular and a little unreliable since you could not always get food during the day.

Great place to stay when visiting Pamplona. Close to all the main attractions, some excellent places to eat nearby and a great café in the hotel lobby which was always open late. The staff were also helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Pamplona, really easy to wander around and see the sights. Parking is handy, but it is underground so you need to be less than 2.15 metres. It's a short walk to the hotel from there. Would highly recommend the Maisonnave, great breakfast and fantastic location
