Very nice place, can't wait to come back.
Condo was very clean, strange smell normally early morning, believe it was coming from side load washer, which we did not use. Other than that it was excellent. Beautiful views from the room. Will return.

Everything was nice. Nice double pool with jacuzzi then walk straight to beach. Elevators did not take long. Plenty of carts available for loading/unloading. Easy check-in and convenience with app.

I love that the balcony was big enough for all 4 adults to relax and enjoy the view together. I was disappointed that the door code didn't work and we gad to call to get it fixed. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and fixed the problem immediately.

Poor communication - Excellent rooms
Room was cleaned and excellent location. Need to improve on communication after booking room perticularly for last minute booking. Office was closed and no mention communication number. Similar issue for check out too. No communication or email about confirmation.

Resort was nice. Check in through Panhandle Getaways was amazingly simple. Had a hot water issue, but it was resolved within 24 hrs. Less time on that would have been appreciated. Would stay again.

On Arrival we had to go to several locations to check in. The office to get the parking pass was never open. On Sunday half of the lights in the unit went out along with the water, so no showers and a 5.5 hour ride ahead. The elevator was not working. My husband is disabled and has trouble walking, along with my sister on post back surgery. Noone was around to respond, including the property management company. The unit was very nice except our last day.

The property was awesome. The pools and hottub were great. Gas grills for your use, which we used two times. Had a few issues with the actual condo we had. We were on the 12th floor, so we had a great view. The balcony is huge. Overall, it was great. We will be going back to the Emerald Isle next year.

2 bedroom condo on the beach
The property is well maintained and clean. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. Balcony was fully furnished with a nice table , chairs, and 2 loungers. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful stay in a home away from home

Good hotel
The hotel and the view was really nice. However check in was difficult as they don't keep someone in the office if you need things. They just have security guards working. We didn't get what we rented technically we rented a 2 bedroom condo with queen beds and received one room worth a king and one with small twin beds. View was amazing. Wifi was awful we couldn't get it to stay in for anything.

This condo was really nice. Very clean and neat. The view from the 22nd floor was amazing, all ocean. The only bad thing was that it was under supplied. We have rented condos many times. There is usually tp, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. A lot of which is presumably left from other guests based on the various brands. Whatever we needed we bought and left for the next people. It was really spare this time. Had to restock an entire household. Otherwise, a good experience.

Perfect Beach Vacation!
We absolutely loved the facilities, the location, the clean beach, the beautiful view, wow...... it couldn't have been more perfect for us! We were looking for a peaceful vacation to get away from stress and the daily grind and have a place to truly enjoy the beautiful white sands and the sounds of the ocean kissing the shore. Our condo at Emerald Isle absolutely fulfilled that desire and we didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back.

Amazing ocean view!
The view of the ocean off the balcony was amazing! Our room had almost everything we needed, except there was only one coffee mug and there were no beach chairs provided, which we were told there would be. Other than that, the room was awesome, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was large and quite well stocked and everything was very clean. I would recommend it and also plan on returning!

Dirty bathrooms, awful service
No internet connection after 8:00am, beach chairs are NOT included (resort management confirmed owner does not pay for this service), mildew in both bathroom tubs and shower curtains, poorly equiped kitchen. 4 chairs for 6 guest. We've been here for 3 days, nobody has even tried to solve any of these issues, plus we've been badly treated by the management...we still have two more days here. We'll upload more pics later, we're using our data, no internet at all the aparment...
