I emailed to find out how to access the fitness Center the day we got there, any I never did get a reply, having to pay for beach chairs is ridiculous, after the amount we paid to stay, they should be no cost

The place was beautiful however our room was dirty, we had to start by cleaning the dishes they still had food. Took a day and a half and 4 calls to customer service to come and look at our dryer and even than when we got it replaced literally after 3 hours our clothes were still not properly dry they were damp. Very disappointed as soon as we came in my husband said we should came back in march and stay more days but the next morning when we say all the issues it makes it very difficult to want to come back.

The only downside was there needed to be a curtain in the bedroom. The window was right by one of the lights outside and madr it a little difficult to sleep when you're use to the dark.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful. Parking was across the street...making for a pretty long walk during loading/unloading and also every time we went in and out for any reason. The elevator in the parking garage would not work on our last day making for an even longer chaotic walk with a 10 month old baby, a nine yr old, and two wagons pulling our beach gear and belonging up and down two small flights of stairs to. Honestly though besides the long walk and haul the condo, view, and people were great.

This place was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony view was amazing. The only downfalls we had at this place was the following: The site shows the room with 3 bedrooms and a bunk bed has two balcony bedrooms, this was not the case, there was only one balcony bedroom. The site also states free parking, but you have to pay for more than 2 vehicles. They leave wrist bands to wear to access property amenities, but if you do not return all wrist bands they will charge $10 a piece, these wrist bands couldn’t be any more than maybe $2 to even make. Luckily, we were able to find all wrist bands to leave. Other than those few things, this place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and very convenient.
The room was very comfortable but a little outdated. Great view. WiFi was fine. We did not use the TV but the channel selection card listed an abundance of available stations. I was disappointed in the 3rd party booking agent. The add on fees and mandatory costs almost doubled the price of the room and you don’t know it until you confirm and they charge your card. Remote checkin was very convenient and the sugar white beach was right out the back door. Sunsets were absolutely beautiful.

Loved staying here! Beautiful view off the balcony it was very clean & well appointed. A couple of things: The cabinet door under kitchen sink is loose on right side its barely attached, also the hairdryer in the bathroom needs anchored to the wall its about to fall off. Toilet paper holder is loosey goosey, every time you would use toilet paper the roll would just fall off, no cooking utensils besides a ladle :( Over all it was a nice stay! Just needs a little maintenance here and there.

The room was great, it was clean and had everything we needed other than some little things like scissors and good knives. Gorgeous view of the ocean off our balcony! We were very disappointed that we were almost the only guests wearing masks though and even more upset that most of the staff weren't wearing masks. We were just wanting to get away and enjoy a much-needed break while still being careful and social distancing. We didn't go out to eat or do anything to put ourselves at risk, so it really sucks when the hotel you're staying at can't be bothered to put their guests at ease by simply enforcing that their employees and guests wear masks while in the building. I would've given 5 stars if they had made some effort to keep their guests safe during a world wide pandemic.

EXCELLENT!! Excellent excellent EXCELLENT. Everything about the Majestic Resort was one of a kind. We will definitely stay here every chance we get for vacation. Clean, great location, on the beach, beach views. Just everything about our stay was awesome. Also parking is included. There were so many small things we loved about our stay including not having to carry a key around everyday. It was also very safe. Thank you to Expedia as well for great updates and ensuring we had a great stay!

Loved the privacy on balcony. Loved the secure entrance. Did not like not having a peephole to see who was at door. Didn’t like that we were led to believe health club & Theater were available for our use at no extra charge.

Beautiful just wish it was more informative
OVERALL it was a great stay however it would of been nice to know the hassel you have to go through first you have to check in down the road at a complete different place ... the people at the desk at majestic dont seem to help to much all they could say was well the rooms here but we dont have anything to do with it you have to go through royal ... no very close handicap parking spots so we had to make multply trips to go get the car and drive to the front doors Bar and grill closed for the season The gift shop inside only open like 8a to noon Just things I think people staying would like to know

Terrible service
In my opinion is my last time i book thru royal, is the worst service i ever had. We had issues with the refrigerator because it was not cooling our food and drinks and we where afraid to loose all the food that we had bought and they told us to get ice and put our food their to keep it cool. If im paying good to stay at this condo they should at least have good appliances working well. Dissapointed but i learned from this.

I was sorry to learn that your recent stay with Royal American Beach Getaways did not meet your expectations. I am glad you brought this to our attention. We did try to accommodate you the night you arrived. We offered to move you to another unit. But that was not an option for you. We work hard to make sure all appliances and items in unit are in good working condition for all of our guest.
