1. Side location and partial view not disclosed in vrbo add. 2. Ants were and issue in the kitchen. Fought them all weekend. 3. Not told about pool arm band. Hispanic attendant singled me and my wife out and was very rude. Did not check any of the other 15 tenants at the pool and none of them were wearing an arm band. 4. Must have been an owner that cleaned his fish at the dumpster and threw the entrails in the dumpster. It stank so bad we could smell it in our room. The two yard boys watched him do it and said nothing...owner privelege??? Room was poorly cleaned upon check in. Had to clean sand from counters. Carpet had tissue paper in many places...had to vacuum. Found a pubic hair in the bathroom drawer. You need to reevaluate your cleaners.

Great accommodations with close proximity to everything. The room itself was great and the pool and beach access with a balcony view was awesome. Would definitely return.

Wrong building/wrong resort/
The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. unfortunately, the check-in process and reservation were a disaster. We made a reservation with Sterling Beach Resort. However, when we arrived at that property after driving 12 hours (with a toddler) there was no record of our reservation. I was told by the security guard to look at my email for the code to the room. Not there. After pushing him and calling around, he called the manager on her cell. Turns out that they had put us in a totally different building (half mile away). We were not informed by Hotels.com nor Sterling. After 40 mins and talking to several people we got the code to our apartment. The apartment was nice, but the process was a disaster. Someone dropped the ball and made a long stressful day even more so.

Typical condo hotel, after hours, no staff, so you sort of have to figure it out yourself. Condo was spacious but dated and carpet not clean.

Great in the off season.
Great big clean rooms with ocean view. Very quiet the end of April with the beach to ourselves. I would go here again!

This palce for non-smokers only.
We would not stay at this facility again due to restrictions to our personal life style. We are both smokers and you can NOT smoke anywhere on their property. We do not even smoke in our own home but do not see anything wrong with smoking on our deck. Too much hassle to stay here. IF you are a non-smoker, this would be a good place to stay.

We would go back again and again
My husband was competing in Ironman Florida and we booked this condo about 2 miles from the competition start/finish. It was a good location for that, although closer would have been better. That said, the condo was fabulous. It was very spacious and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Everything worked well. Our kids could check out 2 DVDs at a time at no additional charge. Free WiFi was great. Beach right out the back gate. Pool was very nice. View was magnificent. The sunsets were spectacular and the large balcony was a great vantage point for them.

Wonderful condo in Panama City Beach
Our three bedroom condo was amazing in Panama City Beach. We were there for Florida Ironman 2014 and it was a great location and a gorgeous place to stay. Large Kitchen, Large Family room, enormous tub - This is where we will stay when we visit PCB again.

Florida Ironman
white sand and clear water, amazing beach. The 2 bedroom condo layout is one of the best we have seen, lots of room and space. If you like a quiet spot, this is it but you have to drive to stores and restaurants. Everything was great but I have to admit a little dated. TV's, furniture and appliances could use a refresh, the microwave was held together in one corner by tape.

Beautiful and very comfortable!
This resort is really nice. Located on a beautiful section of beach. The condo was extremly well appointed! We very much enjoyed our stay and will return again!

furniture was so dirty and worn, we had to use bed sheets to sit on. bedroom carpet was as dirty as any thing I have ever seen. would not stay again.

Room was very clean and spacious. Balcony overlooked the pool and ocean. Easy access to the beach. Great place for families to stay. Quiet and down aways from the partying places. I will be coming back to stay. Great to have washer and dryer too! Take a tour to shell island!

Loved this condo room 203
We loved this condo. It was so spacious, clean, and tastefully done. We traveled with two couples and this fit our needs perfectly. Both bedrooms had large bathrooms, nice kitchen, dining room and living room. The oversized patio was a huge bonus with a view of the pool and ocean. I was worried because I have not visited panama city in almost 15 years. This condo was a very pleasant surprise and I would definitely stay here again.

Great room and beautiful view of ocean.
Our room was huge more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The view to the ocean was breathe taking. Super location!!! Did not drive longer than 15 minutes to any destination.

Most luxurious place ever stayed
The cond was much more luxurious than we have ever expected. Two good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was nice and clean. Two miles away from city center makes it more quiet and relaxing place to stay. We will go back and recommend our friends and family.

Perfect beach condo
Loved staying here at the sterling beach. Condo was very clean and large. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy their beach vacation. We felt safe here as well. The beds were a little bit firm and not the most comfortable, but the other benefits outweigh this fact. I would definitely book this condo again if we were headed back to panama city. Loved having a good sized kitchen. The balcony was awesome. Could step outside and enjoy the ocean. Liked the free dvd rentals that the place offered. Great stay.

Room with a view of the ocean.
I plan to vacation at Sterling Beach Resorts again next year! The 2 bedroom condo we rented was beautiful! The beach/ocean view was beautiful, the staff were very helpful & friendly!!!! The place was beautifully decorated and clean. I can not say enough great things about this place. I highly recommend it!!!!!!
Can not beat a view from your balcony like this.

Sterling beach in Panama City, Florida
This is a wonderful condo with a wonderful view. Walking through the front door of this condo to see nothing but the emerald coast is an amazing thing. Plenty of room for multiple families in their 3 bedroom condo. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful room with great view!
Our family stayed for 1 week and really enjoyed our time! The room had all the amenities we wanted and was decorated so beautifully. The kids loved the free DVD rental. I loved the beautiful view each morning and evening! I would recommend the resort to anyone! The staff was very pleasant and helpful!

Great Place
We loved staying in Room #504. The 2 bedroom balcony was very spacious and made us feel at home. The view of the gulf was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here. The room was very clean.

Roomy & great location on beach!
Overall, it was a fantastic stay! We will stay here again when we go back to PCB,FL. Check-in took longer than expected but room was ready when arrived at around 1pm.My husband & I traveled with our 4 & 1 yr old kids. The pool was great, clean,plenty of chairs VERY VERY CLEAN pool-I was totally impressed with that! Note: if you have infants they must be in swimmer diapers or get fined (understandable). Would liked if they stocked rooms with pool towels then extra towels for showers/baths. Our room had beach toys for the kids, kids slept in the same room,plenty of room! Tvs in both bedrooms & living room (along w/landline phones), only one remote that worked for master bedroom & living room . Kitchen & bathroom tiled, rest hardwood floors,area rugs could be replaced really thin & stained, the w/hardwood floors could be replaced too..worn but not horrible, shower in mater bath was horrible, it has 4 jets & shower head, the shower head barely put out any water & looked to have a hole around it, washer/dryer (extremely noisy!), fully stocked kitchen, pantry, great long balcony w/chairs, couch is extremely uncomfortable! Elevators were getting a new floor put down, so there was only 1 in use at a time. We were on the 17th floor, so it was a little bit of a hassle/waiting w/kids.

Great stay on the beach
This was our first visit to Sterling Beach Resort. The location was perfect for us, located on the beach and the pool was 5 Star rating, big and roomy. The condo was also very roomy and clean with all the necessary items needed (washer/dryer, DVD player, full kitchen, etc.).

Very nice vacation at Sterling Beach
Just returned from PCB (6-20-13 thru 6-24-13). We stayed in unit 1204 and it was perfect. Very clean, updated furniture, all listed ameneties, and nice views. The unit was very large and we had plenty of space. Check-in was a breeze, they offered discounts around PCB, and there was NO cleaning fee!!--that most other properties charged at check-in. Very comfy beds, flatscreen TV's in both bedrooms and living room, and the property was very quiet after dark. The location is great, kind of off the beaten path, but only minutes away from Front Beach Road, Walmart, food, etc. Parking was perfect, ground level right out front, and very secure. I will definitely return to Sterling Beach in the Future!

I was really pleased with the facility and everything about it, the room was even better than I expected from the pictures, the building and pool were nice also, and the beach is right there. Unfortunately it was too cold for beach activities while we were there, so we had to do other activities in the area, and there really aren't many other than restaurants. It was still a great location and room. I'd definitely go back.

GREAT PLACE
I usually hold my breath when first opening the door to a hotel or condo we are not familiar with. Sterling Beach resort was truly great. The front office staff was amazingly friendly and allowed us to check out later than their policy. The "condo" was clean. You have to buy your own toiletries but that is to be expected. We also had to pay a $40 non refundable insurance payment to make sure we didn't break anything. Otherwise, everything was just great. I read the guest book while there with so many people saying they could not wait to go back. I CAN NOT wait to go back either.

It was very quiet at this time of year, but thats what we wanted.Condo was great, dissapointed in not having a King bed, as the ad said we had one. Oh well, next time we'll know. Not sure if we would come back due to the bed issue. View was awesome,people on the beach great!!!
