Check in was easy and fast. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Several things within walking distance. We were on the top floor and had a wonderful view.

Great view and patio. Condo was run down and dirty. We left a day early due to rainy weather and overall disappointment of the conditions of PCB.

The property offers eveything we need to have a comfortable stay. Absolutely love the updated gate security. The only cimplaint i have is the condo balcony furniture is rusted and needs to be replaced. We always stay at twin palms and definitely recommend it to others.

Great location and view - dirty condo
Location and view amazing! Unit furniture dirty and out dated, center door on slider which is view of gulf very cloudy, could not see out of it. Drapes were stained and filthy. Both trash cans in bathrooms are very very rusted out.

Unit is in good condition bedrooms and couches well equipped lots of pillows, in beds, cleaning was disappointing, haven’t been dusted the floor had sand at the moment I came in and rugs had bleach(or other) stains Kitchen was spacious had what we needed for making quick meals, at the moment I enter the unit as i did remote check in it was a really bad smell like plumbing it was a broken chair in the balcony but we didn’t use it it had a lot of chairs the unit had a great view and master bedroom had a great ocean view for morning wake up

The room was clean. The condo was minimal. I love that we had assigned parking. It would have been a plus if there were a restaurant on the property. Our balcony door didn’t lock so that was a huge concern being on the 22nd floor with small children.

The property is located in a great area. The unit is spacious, clean and has a nice large patio with an amazing view. The unit could use to be updated, but overall, we were very pleased.

A Four-Day Balcony Holiday!
Love the location with the largest oceanfront balcony ever! The facility is a little dated and the balcony could stand a pressure wash. The indoor hot tub looked ready to use but the jets could not be turned on by anyone during our stay. On Sunday, there were no umbrellas at poolside nor anyone in the office.

Family Fun
The condo was decorated beautifully. We were one the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony. Convenient to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping. Would go again if I could stay in Twin Palms again.

We liked the layout of the condo and the large size of the balcony with a door off the living area and the master bedroom. The property as a whole was great and easy to access. Loved the short distance to the pool and beach! The room could have been a bit cleaner but nothing we could not do ourselves. We had a small problem with bugs in the kitchen and customer service was SO prompt and responsive in offering a different condo. We chose to stay, but they were great about it!

Love the room
The room is beautiful. The view amazing. Check in was easy. The only issue I had was a slip and fall where feet are rinsed. I wish there was a non slip grip placed there. We enjoyed our stay anyway.

It was a nice view but...
It was a nice view, staff was not helpful, there pre ck in did not match actual ck in. Aka parking prices and number of spaces. All in all the room was nice and served its purpose.

We stayed in unit 2203. There was no useable cookware or utensiles available. The comforters smelled funny like they have not been washed in a long time. The washer ran over when on large load and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I do have to say that once I called they took care of everything including the kitchen stuff but I think that should have been taken care of a long time ago.

Do not stay here!
Do not stay here! Dishwasher overflowed, master bath toilet clogged twice, plus they are running some type of scam towing vehicles off property. Tow company is cash only, there were 7 vehicles from Twin Palms the one night we went to retrieve vehicle. Police were called its a “civil” matter, there’s no one helpful in the property to speak to/request reimbursement since our tag was in the vehicle, as was the other cars on property that were towed. We were directed to Royal America since they own the property and was basically told there was nothing to be done so $122 later and a day of vacation wasted. This place is a rip-off. Don’t get scammed stay somewhere else. The hotel and the tow company are making extra money off innocent vacation go-ers who park their car on the property they paid thousands of dollars to stay at. It’s a total scam

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly !
Check-In was OK, no line, no wait and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. No Cart available to help take things to room. However, 3 carts were busy with maintenance material, even though the sign clearly stated NOT to do that. Washer and Dryer did not work, when turning on the circuit breaker it immediately popped and turned off - a short of some kind. Large sliding door would not lock. Floors were absolutely filthy. Mopped and they were still dirty. Feet turned black from dirt. Toilet had a sanitary napkin in it upon arrival. People parking with no pass, consuming parking paces. Pool used by people with no wrist band identification - just walk in visitors.
