Friendly Staff, Alba who's one of the ladies at reception was extremely helpful. The room we had was basic, a simple bed, washroom and closet, needs serious improvement ie a coffee table and mini fridge would have brought us back. What might take us back to that Inn is the people.

Clean and comfortable, in an excellent area for a quick morning or afternoon birdwatching walk. The back garden area is lovely and surrounded by forest. It's also centrally located and easy to get to the Albrook Airport or city by Uber. I only ate at the restaurant once, but the sancocho was excellent and the Cerveza Panama was bien fria! My only complaint is that there is a very bright light in the parking area which is not blocked out by the curtain. Bring an eye mask! Also, there was no luggage rack or other surface in the room for a suitcase. The wifi was weak and intermittent. But otherwise, the staff were polite, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the price was good.

Nice neighborhood location, quiet/safe. Comfortable bed. However the accommodation was very simple, not attractive… and important details/amenities for overall comfort, not attended/considered. Disappointed. I’d have moved to another location for greater overall comfort and much better value had I not paid in advance as was required. Competitive rate, I expected more.

It is a safe zone. Small rooms with a good bathroom. Curtains in the room are not the best but pillows and sheets very good . Not for long stays.

Very disappointed with our stay this time. No hot water, checked in with my dog, no mention of an extra change until the next morning. Have stayed before without the pet charge. I don't mind paying the extra just should of been up front about it. Won't be staying again.

Albrook Inn - No, No…
Terrible customer service, the receptionist didn’t communicate. I have to ask her for the WIFI. The bathrooms was dirty, the toilet seat was wet. I think the hand towel and one of the bath towel was used because looked dirty and flat. Two of the soaps were used and one had hair. The tray that hold the soaps and shampoo/conditioning was dirty. Sink was not cleaned. Shower can use some bleach and scrub. There were not table or desk to do any work or eat, and outlet didn’t work. Breakfast was boring. I paid $89+ for each night x 2 nights but left the next day. Too expensive for the quality.

This is a sweet little family friendly spot very close to Allbrook. The beds were comfy, wifi good, pool perfect for the kids. Im they did our Landry in 2 hours. The staff was lovely. I will gladly stay here again.

Room was clean but had NOTHING in the room but 2 beds... no night stands.. no lamps... one ceiling light not bright enough to read from the bed...no chair...breakfast didn't start until 8:00..too late for most air flights
