Hallway had a wet odor , AC units were leaking had to Change room , rooms were pretty basic but decent for the price , breakfast wasn’t very diverse . Staff was very helpful and kind . Location is great in terms of proximity to everything from food to shopping to restaurants vetting was near . WiFi went don’t overnight the night into the day I was checking out .

I was not impressed by the breakfast options but everything else was excellent. We had so much fun and though we didn't know much Spanish, the staff were friendly and they attended to us whenever we needed something. The hotel felt like a home away from home because of the ambiance. I loved the environment also, it had a lot of restaurants around the hotel which was extremely convenient.

Ac wasn't working, we had to changed rooms. I booked a queen size beds got double. Breakfast was boring... front desk was friendly and helpful.

Me gusto que es seguro y esta cerca de todo, además es muy seguro, por otro lado cosas a mejorar el pequeño GYM que tienen muchas maquinas no sirven y más variedad en el desayuno, pero en general muy bien todo.

Podria ser mucho mejor.
Podria ser un mejor hotel, si tuviera una buena administracion. A pesar de que la estadia bastante larga por cierto, 19 dias, incluia el desayuno, dos dias no tuvimos desayuno o fue muy escaso. El desayuno podria ser mucho mejor. Es un hotel con una ocupacion bastante alta de turistas provenientes del caribe, pero si no los cuidan los van a perder Los baños del comedor son una verguenza. Los malos olores hacen imposible su uso. Hoy fue mi ultimo dia, habia solicitado me permitieran salir un poco mas tarde, y me fue autorizado el check out las 2 pm y cual seria mi sorpresa cuando quise ingresar a mi habitacion, y habian sacado absolutamente todo y habian bloqueado mi ingreso. El aseo general es bastante deficiente. Esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo aqui, pero no estoy seguro de querer estar una tercera vez. Rescatable, fueron muy amables al ingreso el primer dia

The hotel, wasn't very clean, in general, and I asked for room service and the dirty plate stayed in my room for a couple of extra nights, so in general cleanliness isn't a strong point as of maintenance

I liked the location, walking distance to just about everything, their gym & pool areas offer much needed relaxation! The restaurant is convenient & the staff -- minus one, are outstanding, but not having some items frequently is not good! That one staff member was asked on 3 occasions to replace the cold coffee & just ignored me? Overall excellent stay, even though i didn't get the room I signed up for & was promised a change, that never occurred, it was comparable. The rooms could use a microwave or have one accessible for guests. Update curtains & room furniture!

Property is not what appears on the website, for the price they are charging, there are other 4-5 star hotels around the corner that are charging the same or less that are totally worth every single cent. I do not recommended this hotel.

Everything was great!! Convenient, safe, walkable, nice pool, nice staff. Liked the breakfast items. Only downside was that the exercise equipment was not working.

For a Hampton by Hilton and a hotel that costs $100 plus a night, you would expect at least to have hair conditioner in the bathroom. The room was big, and organized, but the floor was sticky, so it was uncomfortable to walk bare footed, it could be that there was soap left because it didn't smell bad, but still uncomfortable. There was no hair dryer, hair conditioner, shower cap or iron in the room. The breakfast was honestly the worst that I've had in any hotel, even a road hotel like Days Inn in the USA offers better breakfast. There was bread to toast, bananas, coffee, hot water with two really bad infusions, there was artificially flavored drinks claiming to be orange juice or watermelon juice, greasy sliced potatoes and really bad eggs. That was it. Not something you would expect from a Hampton by Hilton. Not going back and wouldn't reccommend anyone to go there.

The Hotel staff was great and the service was good. Everything else at the location needs improvement. It is a very dated and the rooms and hallways were stuffy and smelled old. Also at night the bellman would put a chain and lock on the front door. I am definitely not in a rush to return
