The location is great. Friendly front desk. No elevator, so our 3rd floor water-view room kept us in shape. The main road is pot-holed, (big puddles in the rain,) and terrible, and is under repair. Not the hotel's fault. The view from the balconies is spectacular. We spent hours just sitting there, watching the boats go back and forth below. The Tiki Bar also offers that view at water level. Good Tiki Happy Hour drinks. The bar across the harbor (currently "Aqua,") was noisy until late, with loud music traveling far. (Not the hotel's fault.) Nice, comfortable bed. Minor points: the shower drained slowly, and we were worried it would flood the bathroom, but it didn't. Stingy amounts of complimentary shampoo/conditioner. We had to ask for more. Reeeely thick, firm, pillows the size of haystacks were a bit hard to get used to. Could trim them by half, and they'd still be fine. Overall, 4.5 stars. We'd happily stay there again.

The property is very centrally located close to everything. The rooms are small but we had a balcony which helped. The hotel is bright and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The only drawback was we were on the top floor and there is no elevator so a lot of stairs to climb.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bartender/server was superior. He went way above and beyond. All the staff were very nice.

The balcony really makes this hotel for us. It is large with a great view over the water, perfect for happy hour. It can get hot but the air conditioning works well. Shower is nice and bathroom large enough. Hotel is close to everything in town and lots of restaurants. Breakfast area is nice and breakfast was good. I recommend for a stay in Bocas town.

Beautiful
Beautiful boutique hotel right on the ocean with views of the different islands surrounding. Very peaceful and clean. Extremely central and overall beautiful location. Great simple breakfast and coffee in the morning and very kind staff! I would recommend this place to anyone.

La atención al cliente es lo mejor, desayuno muy bueno. Las habitaciones aceptables, definitivamente vista al mar habitaciones desde el piso 2 son las mejores. Excelente ubicación. Próximas estadías sería en este lugar.

A disappointment
Beautiful looking hotel spoilt by the constant rave music next to it on a party boat that went on til 4am every night. Room was clean, breakfast decent, wifi was not working. All in all, disappointing.

Muy limpio y prolijo todo el hotel. La ubicacion es excelente (seguro y para nada ruidoso). El desayuno muy bueno. Muy buena relacion precio/calidad!

The staff could not be any more friendly. They are the best! The hotel is typical of an island hotel. This is not a Hilton or a Hyatt, but it is very comfortable, clean and affordable. We will definitely come back here in the future.

El mejor hotel de Bocas del Toro y LEJOS! Es el mas comodo, centrico, habitaciones completas, nuevo, sin duda tienen que reservar con vista al mar porque es algo unico. Tiene su propio bar y muelle y musica para disfrutar en la noche, incluye desayuno y es riquisimo y super completo. La gerente y todo el personal son INCREIBLMENTE amables, nos ayudaron con todos los tours ahi mismo en el hotel te recogen en bote, con direcciones y recomendaciones, nos dejaron salir mas tarde y entrar antes, la habitacion estaba impecable y sin duda es el mas nuevo y lujoso pero a precio increible. Es lejos el mejor ambiente y atencion para descansar, pasarla excelente, al mejor precio posible. Lo tiene todo, volvere SIEMPRE a este hotel. Y el personal es 10/10 ojala no los cambien a ninguno.

All good as described
Beautiful place (once you get used to the rose color) and location. Friendly staff. Good internet. Small room without seating other than the bed, but that was my fault as I just didn't want to pay for the bigger room they offer.

We really enjoyed our stay here, wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff is nice and helpful, had a (beautiful) ocean view room and it was perfection and comparing prices with other hotels on the same street we found it very reasonable. Breakfast options are nice too.

Overall this is a pleasant and clean hotel, but quite basic in terms of amenities and with a bit worn out interior design. The value you get for your money was not that good, compared to other places I stayed at.

Bocas town's most central hotel with lovely staff
This place has the potential to be fantastic. Centrally located, staff is really helpful and they speak English. My room was ready 3 hrs before check-in. The room itself is spaceous and the balcony is pretty big too(I had the city view room, the sunset was beautiful from there #101). The design makes you feel at home. Downside: an entire hotel is being built from the ground up right next to it. So if its not raining, be prepared to hear hammering and chainsaw from 8am. One morning there was no water, but turned out there's a major drought in the Bocas del toro region so no other hotels or any locals had running water either. The hotel manager sorted this out within a few hours, she was great. Maybe bear this in mind if you visit in the dry season. The breakfast was tasty, but it would be lovely to have more choice free of charge.

Place was cute, clean, good breakfast. Staff was very nice but seemed inexperienced. They could not answer our questions and did not attempt to find out answers. Also we were there during Carnival and it was VERY loud on street side, but we managed to sleep with earplugs. Did not know the hotel was so close to bandstand for Carnival when booking.
