Dear guestAfter making inquiries about your complaint, I want to tell you that the receptionist who received you at the reception asked you if you needed help with your suitcases, to which you responded no, You entered the Hotel like any other passenger since we do not have 24/7 valet service outside in a 26 room mountain hotel. You were constantly given information about tours and activities and with a lot of effort, we rearranged another passenger to extend your stay one more night. It seems you did not find any complaints in the rooms or our installations you had to comment on something. We do not understand this punctuation which does us great harm.The trip from Panama only takes at most 6 hours just to clarify this data for other passengers reading this not-so-nice comment.

Unfortunately, the local phone and internet company had an extensive fiber optic outage during the days of your stay that started in the neighboring province of Veraguas all the way to Chiriqui where we are located.
