I arrived around 11am and was told room would not be ready until 3pm. Came back and was taken to my room in Tower 2. Difficult to get to Tower 2 from Lobby. After 5 minutes in room I took myself and luggage back to reception to tell them the room was Not Acceptable, the AC was not cooling and making a Lot of Noise! The young lady in reception told me there was no other room available? I said ok, I am calling "hotels.com" reporting the situation, asking them to refund this room and send me someplace else. While I was on the phone with hotels.com the "other young lady who was nice" said she found another room for me. This was in Tower 3 where the main lobby is located. This room was Excellent, absolutely no complaints. Do Accept a Room in Tower 2, demand Tower 3. Breakfast was less than adecuate, grossly crowded. Cannot recommend breakfast, do not bother go down the block for breakfast. Conclusion: room in Tower 3 Excellent, breakfast not good.
