Spacious apartment in a very peaceful environment. Well-cleaned and cosy. Good air conditioner. Large balcony. Perfectly-equiped kitchen. Good parking place in the backyard. Very polite and helpful hostess. Close to the city center and Lake Heviz.

Disappointed!
Slight disappointment as the booking said it’s got air con but there wasn’t one, only a fan, and it was a warm night so we were very uncomfortable. Otherwise service was nice. The room is spacious.

Чистый и хороший отель. 30 номеров. Были одни
Обслуживание отличное и не заметное. Парковка. Завтрак вполне нормальный. До озера 10 минут. Обратно подъем минут 14.

The accommodation it was one of the best ....the apartment it was great but the most beautiful was he small, private, garden just for us where we could enjoy the morning breakfast or the evening reading in the outside surrounded by beautiful plants, flowers......thank you again!

A hotel barátságos fogadtatása, kellemes környezete, gyönyörű virágai, és az apartman kényelme nagyon jó volt. A tulajdonos figyelmes, mégis meghagyja a privát szvérát, ha viszont kérdésünk volt, maximálisan segítőkész volt. Az apartman csendes, nyugodt, pihenésre ideális

Uitstekende service. Ruim goed ingericht appartement. Bedden kunnen beter, maar was niet storend. Grote parkeerplaats.

Bad choice to stay here, but who knew ?
In 8 weeks of continuous travel in Europe, this hotel ranks in the bottom 10 percent. A. there is no excuse to charge good money for accommodations, and then fail to provide water. We had to walk down 6 flights of very public stairs every day to get to a functioning shower on the ground floor. Above the ground floor the water is either ZERO or a trickle due to grossly inadequate infrastructure in the hotel B. the elevator/lift is inoperative, and has been for some time C. this is not a large complex, and there is no excuse to have no Wifi in the rooms. The days of providing Wifi in the lobby only were gone 5 years ago ! Extreme cost cutting is evident, and all the apologies from the owner don't obviate the fact this hotel is not much more than a hostel, but with midlevel hotel prices.

Dear guest, I’m very sorry that you had problems during your stay. I would like to respond your comment. Unfortunatelly it was some problem in the city with the water. In our apartmenthouse never been lift, it is only the possibility to build it. On all sites was published that wifi is only in the public area. I think 30 euro/person/night int he high season isn’t extramly cost. In this apartment was aircon equipped. We work constantly to impove our apartmenthouse. Sorry that you wasn’t satisfied with our service. Best regards Elizabeth

No airconditioning and too much light in rooms
No air condition and a window high in bedroom so impossible to sleep well. The owner lady was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is not worth 5 euros.

Enjoyable and clean place
We stayed three nights. The Hévíz spa is 10-minute walk down the hill. The room was clean and spacy. The owner was very friendly, helpful and speaking English very well. We have been in Hévíz many times, but this was the most pleasant stay.

Apartamenton pitäjät erittäin ystävällisiä ja paikan ilmapiiri mitä lämpimin ja avuliain. Saimme kaikenlaista apua, mm uimarenkaita, ajo- ym karttoja jne ilmaiseksi. Huoneet erittäin siistejä ja tilavia. Alue rauhallinen. Kaikkineen tätä apartamentoa on ilo suositella! / We had a nice stay in the big and comfortable apartment and we cot all help we needed from the keepers, plus a nice chat about our countries!

Totally Misleading
The notes state "pillow top mattress, premium bedding" ... Total lies. The bed was so uncomfortable, and no sheets!!!! The deep bathtub was a joke...the location was far from the hot spring water... But the owner was nice.

Of course, there were sheets. The guest was in a superior apartment with big corner bath. I'm sorry, if she wasn't satisfied with our service.

Nice landlady
We were two travelling together. Our studio had a kitchen, a kitchen table and a sofa next to a comfortable bed. The apartment had separate rooms for the WC and the bathroom which had a tub. The landlady was very friendly and did everything to make our stay for 6 nights as good as possible. There was a patio outside our front door with tables and chairs where we could enjoy the evening sun. There was a large parking space behind the apartments. There were good restaurants only 3 to 5 minutes away. We would like to return to this place next time in Hévíz.

Homely feeling, friendly staff and cozy rooms
Great stay with very friendly and helpful staff. The place gives a homely feeling, not a cold hotel stay per se, which blends in well with its surrounding of beautiful plants and flowers. It has a vineyard besides the hotel which makes it pretty special.

Tres bon accueil mais ne connaissent ni la clim ( quand il fait 30º la nuit c est plutôt insupportable , même avec un ventilateur) , ni les volets donc réveil à 6h du matin ... on peut espérer mieux en vacances :-)

Simple but excellent!
We made a two night stop in Heviz. The hotel was very close to downtown (10 mins walking) in a quiet area and some fantastic restaurants around. Our suit was just perfect. Clean, simple but had everything to get relaxed after a long trip, installed with all the necessary kitchen/bathroom/room equipment. The owner/manager is very friendly and always available and ready to help. Definitely would choose next time we are in the area. And Badacsony vineyards are less than half hour away :)
