Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding. The food is another highlight. Excellent sommeliers too! Comfortable beds (and they accommodated the temperature I wanted the room nice and cool). Pools were heated and there were always staff to help with towels and cabanas. The spa is exceptional.

Rolig, og pænt rent overalt. Service var helt i top, men bespisningen er dyr. Man skal dog kun gå 10 minutter, også er der rigelig med billigere spisesteder.

All round consistently good luxury hotel. Accommodating staff and good attention to detail means that you can be demanding and personalise your stay and the team here will take care of everything. Well equipped gym and again friendly team to greet you.

I’ve stayed in this hotel Many times before, but this one was a terrible one. Nobody answered my emails and phone calls regarding an early check in, despite I’ve done it well in advance, if early check in is unavailable -that’s fine, but at least I wanted to know about this possibility or at least someone answer me. Gentleman at the reception told me that’s not acceptable and he will find me a room in an hour, but he found one only in 3 hours. First room we’ve checked in was dirty, with iron-damaged sofa, dirty floors and 50% empty minibar. When we requested to move to different room, our request was accepted and new room was perfect. There was a big conference during our stay, and hotel staff were caring about this conference more than their guests, most of the restaurants were unavailable, because of this conference, and the only option was “try our pan-Asian restaurant” at the lobby - not the the best gesture. I was waiting for a cup for more than one day, and asked if it's possible to bring a vase in the room, I was waiting for more than an hour at night, I tried to call reception with in room phone and by mobile Phone- no answer, I came down to the reception to ask for a vase and asked if it's possible to bring one. I would completely understand if it wouldn't be possible, but staff told me “of course” and I was waiting ages. Everything went wrong this time. But I wanted to say huge thank you to beach staff and valet parking staff.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations!!! We had booked a regular room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded for free to a suite with a private pool! The suite was gorgeous and huge! Excelllent service by all staff members! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Amazing hotel. Excellent quality food, facilities and services. Great spa, pools and beach (facilities and service). Nice gym. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. Lovely staff, friendly and caring. Fantastic kids and baby club. Super family friendly. We loved it! Only thing is thats a bit isolated and not much to do on the surroundings. But absolutely recommend!

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and found myself here again this past week. I must say, the service was simply stellar. As someone who travels for work quite a bit... the small things as a business traveler are what bring me back to book the same hotels on return. So here too, actions and assistance were great with the staff simply perfect. And it was appreicated

Stolen money
The stay was fully paid upon arrival. But after 5 days the hotel debited my card for 280+500=780 Euro without any extras. The impression of the stay was ruined.

Fantastic holiday in a fantastic hotel.
Family break, hotel was great and all the staff friendly and helpful. It’s right on the edge of Limassol and you really need a car to get around. There aren’t many nearby restaurants. Great location to explore Cyprus, everything seems an hours drive (pathos, troodos and aiya napa). My only complaints would be: - the heated indoor pool was pretty cold - I ask for some drinks at the bar to take up to our room (as we had young kids) and I was told I had to go to reception and get them delivered using room service and pay a premium. Which just seemed daft.

The hotel has all the amenities a 5 star hotel can have but it lacked the atmosphere. It felt we were among total strangers who only cared about having a nice time for themselves. Also I noticed most of the staff did not speak a word of Greek which was difficult for my dad as his english is very basic. The staff at reception was over and above helpful, and the staff at breakfast was the same. I think the hotel lack some sort of character, we did not feel at ease when we were there. It is possible that this is due to the fact that we were there for one night. Also the views from our rooom were stunning.

You’re on your own after check in! The food options are limited and the service at the restaurants is dismal. If you try to ask for something they just stare at you! Horrific attitudes by all the service folks at all all the restaurants! Never thought I’d feel so much regret at what I thought was a 5 star resort. I brought my wife and two young children here. Wife felt horrible from the food, kids were freezing because the pools are very cold. And we couldn’t believe it when the waiters at Lanes gave us attitude because we asked for a 2nd latte. But hey, it looks fancy! There’s no accountability in this place. Full of regret!

Excellent, highly quality luxury! Best in Cyprus!
Great stay, really comfy rooms, excellent service, beautiful contemporary environment. Amazing! Dubai levels of class! 2 small negatives. No sports bar so had to go out to watch football. Not enough variety on the pool food menus.
