교통이 매우 편리한 호텔
호텔 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 어디든 가기 편한 교통의 중심지에 호텔이 위치하며 호텔 청소 또한 매우 깔끔하게 잘되어 있습니다. 다만 토요일에 시위때는 조심하시는게 좋으며 청소가 간혹 오후 늦게 할 때가 있어 일찍 들어오게 되는 날은 청소를 일찍 해줄 것을 요청하는게 좋습니다.

Front Desk가 굉장히 친절하고, 호텔 내부 시설이 깨끗하고 잠자리도 편하였습니다. 또한, 아침에 공항으로 빨리 이동한다고 하니 별도로 식사도 준비해 주는 등 매우 친절하였습니다.

On the same building, there is starbuck coffee.(you can have good coffee easily) Saint lazare station is close(3 min by foot) There are many nice restaurant nearby.(chinense, japanese, otheres) There is mark spencer glocery store on the first floor, easily get fruite, wine, snackes, juice , desert for nice price every day. nice place to stay to visit paris.

기본적인 룸을선택했는데 주니어스위트룸으로 업그레이드 받아서 4일동안 아주 편리하게 숙박했습니다. 위치는 생라자르역에서 5분거리.쁘렝땅백화점.라파예트백화점에서 걸어갈수 있는 아주 편리한 위치입니다.생각보다 작은 호텔이지만 호텔리어가 친절하며 룸 컨디션 또한 좋습니다.나름 4성급의 호텔이라 있을거 다 있습니다. 욕실의 컨디션이 매우 훌륭합니다.독일 그로헤의 스파 스피커가 좋더군요.샤워하면서 음악듣고 힐링할수 있습니다.어메니티는 쇼파드.지어진지 얼마 안되어서 나름 최신식의 호텔이지만 나이가 많으신분들은 거부감이 들수도 있습니다.부티크호텔OR 모텔의 느낌이 나니까요..단점으로 꼽자면 칫솔과 빗을 요청해야 주더군요. 무료로 제공하는 물은 첫날 단하루만 제공받았습니다.그외의 모든것은 다 좋았습니다. 주변에 스타벅스와 막스앤스펜서 슈퍼.좀더 걸어가면 스시집과 중국인이 경영하는 테이크아웃 음식점이 있어서 입맛이 안맞아서 고생할 일은 없습니다.

에어비엔비를 통해 집을 렌트했다가 마음에 안들어서 급하게 이곳을 예약하고 갔었어요. 이중으로 돈이 나가니 적정 가격에서 평 좋고 방도 마음에 들고 위치와 교통 여건이 좋은곳을 찾느라 눈 빠지게 찾았네요. 당일숙박을 찾다보니 몇군데를 추려서 부킹닷*이랑 호텔공식사이트등을 들어가 가격 비교를 했는데 이곳은 다른곳은 다 풀북으로 나오고 익스피디아에서만 예약이 되더라구요. 바로 호텔에 가서 20분전쯤 예약했다고 하니 당황스러워하며 오늘 풀북이지 싶은데 어떻게 예약이됐지.. 하더라구요. 그치만 방을 제공 받았고 파리는 숙박시설 퀄리티에 비해 가격이 비싼편인데 여긴 가격만큼은 한다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 규모가 큰호텔은 아니라서 부대시설이나 로비에 택시가 있다거나 하는건 아니지만 택시는 불러달라고 요청하면 되구요. 바로 옆에 스타벅스와 막스앤스펜서 마켓이 있어서 음료나 식품을 사기에 좋습니다. 그리고 근처에 saint augustin 역과 saint lazare 역 두가지가 있는데요 라자르역은 기차도 있는 규모 큰 역이라서 지하철 노선도 많고 파리 어느곳을 가기에 문제 없어 보입니다. 그리고 도보로 쁘랭땅, 라파예트 백화점 둘다 갈수있으니 파리를 찾는 분들께 추천합니다. 직원들은 고급호털처럼 각잡힌 서비스까지는 아니지만 친절하고 친근함이 좋았어요. ^^

Front desk staff was helpful when checking in. I did encounter an issue with the man that recommends things to do. He gave the taxi the wrong address, and when I went back and told him about the mistake, he didn’t even apologize or take ownership of the fact that he gave the wrong address to the taxi and at the end of the day I paid both fares and wasn’t even Given remedy for the mistake. Also, one night when I couldn’t sleep I asked the front desk man if it was safe to do a quick walk around he said yes, it’s safe. So I walked around there for less than 5 mins, and there was a man that followed me and I went back into the hotel, and when I come back to the front desk five minutes later the front desk man locked the sliding doors of the hotel and I was still outside. It’s kind of ridiculous that they have to lie about little things when being truthful from the start would be better. It is NOT safe in Paris at night.

Very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and polite especially Jihad.The beds were comfortable.The room lighting could have been brighter,as there is no celling light in the middle of the room.some of the furniture needs to be replaced as they looked a bit worn.The carpet in our room had a few stains and needed a good clean or replaced but nothing major.I would definitely stay there again.

First and foremost, we felt welcome the moment we walked in. Our flight actually arrived a bit early so we emailed this wonderful staff advising them and asked if we could drop off our bags until checkin time. They emailed back quickly and stated they were happy to accommodate. Upon arrival, we were net with Jihad and he offered us a complimentary breakfast while they verified our reservation and was even able to push up our check-in immediately so we could settle in early and start the our first day in Paris! Though we mostly spent our time in the city, each and every morning, late evening, and any random pop-in, we were greeted with the most positive vibes and eagerness to help in any way. Our room view was spectacular, so perfectly clean, and amenities were always prompt. We were across the treat from the main train hub and within walking distance of some of the best street foods and high end shopping. On Valentine's, we were offered 2 champagne rounds in the house while we enjoyed their life music in their elegant courtyard. The way we were treated made us truly feel as of this was our 2nd home away from home.❤️ Next time we visit, this will be the first place we think of to call!

We stayed four nights and got a room with no AC. Also left NO SERVICE DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and housekeeper still came in to do service. The last day of our stay, she knocked while we were in the room when the sign on the door. I opened it and she feigned ignorance but I can't understand why because the do not disturb sign is in both English and in french so there's no language barrier as an excuse. I discovered when I got home to the States that she stole my Dior belt. The staff offered no assistance to make the stay more pleasant after I complained about the hotel and housekeeping invading our privacy. It is not a five star experience. Also we saw a small mouse in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good location, hotel decor very garish. Common areas are tiny, tiny chairs also. Ridiculous room accessed through its bathroom with a curtain separator. Late evening room service took over an hour from order for margarietta pizza. Lifts been used by staff continuously, so walking up and down 6 flights most of the time. Rubbish from other rooms outside door and in hallways. Very nice staff especially the lady who cleaned our room. Room not made up by 5 p.m. Very expensive hotel. Very oversold for the price. Room key stopped working mid visit. Not enough staff at checkout. A disappointment overall.

Perfect place to stay!!
This hotel And their staff was just fantastic! Right from us getting out of the taxi- met to get our bags , greeted us at the desk and offered drinks and to sit while our paperwork was pulled up. Walked us to our room- beautiful just like the pictures, it was a good size and had great AC because it was unusually hot in Paris that week. Showed us everything the hotel has to offer, and also recommended restaurants and best way to travel to all the sites. Our hotel was perfectly located to easily get to where we needed to go. We felt welcomed and value and will most definitely come stay here again. Thank you everything was perfect!

Visiting Paris? This is the place to stay!
The hotel has stunning elegant decor, the service was amazing from the go and we even got a free upgrade due to it being our anniversary, which was unexpected and a fantastic surprise. Highly recommend!
The hotel is beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful. This was such a great location with wonderful food and shops nearby. We also stayed at another hotel during our trip but this hotel and location was our favorite by far. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything, including food, shopping, and public transportation, is accessible by foot from this hotel, which made my stay there wonderful. The hotel personnel was really helpful and courteous, and they were able to meet all of my needs. I wholeheartedly endorse it, especially if you're taking kids.

Beautiful property the ambiance the staff was exceptional especially veronica, and Anais they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable will definitely be back ohhh and not to mention the location was perfect
