Dear Shane, We are sincerely sorry for what happened to you and we thank you for reporting it, we will contact the taxi company that took you to the airport because it is not normal to charge so much, the rates are regulated by the city of Paris (60 € CDG and 47 € Orly) For your attention, a Taxi is faster than a Shuttle which picks up clients in other Hotels, and this service is different and we advise it when clients have a late flight. Now, regarding the charcuterie platter, we sell it every day and we don't have any bad feedback about it, but if you had taken a picture or if you had come to report it immediately, we could have explained it to you. We use seasonal products, we have enough fresh products to fill the plates, there are even customers who don't finish the plate because it is too full. Chers Yves; Nous proposons à nos clients le petit déjeuner, sans leur demander de se décider nécessairement la vielle quant c'est possible, mais comprenez qu'il serait mieux de prévoir afin de mieux organiser le Buffet en conséquence. En plus nous proposons 2 formules , soit le Buffet , soit une Petit déjeuner sur le Pouce pour les plus pressés.
