룸이 좁고 화장실도 작아서 편리하다는 생각이 들지 않았음. 차를 가지고 갔는데 주차장이 없어 노변에 주차해야 했음. 주간에는 주차비를 지불해야 함. 카운터의 직원은 친절했음.

my friend and i stayed here and had paid for our room a couple of months in advance. When we arrived at the hotel we paid the £18 tax as mentioned. However, the lady at the front desk told us we had to pay a £100 deposit even though we had already paid for the room in advance. We paid this as we were told it would automatically return into the account. The money has not been returned and I have tried to call to sort this out multiple times but the manager is extremely rude and couldn’t care any less, and has hung up on me multiple times. Don’t stay here if you don’t want to have your money stolen.

We loved our stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and provided us everything. The room was spotless, clean and welcoming. The location was excellent and easy to explore Paris with bus and tube stations nearby. The people hanging around looked shady and the area was not clean but that’s not the hotel’s fault!

Nice hotel, rooms are cosy, but very small 🙂. The service is great, breakfast excellent, good location, very close to a metro station 🙃🙂.

Standard small room for Paris i used a 3 people room and space was very limited Shower and bathroom was surprisingly big Very close to several Metro stations that makes it very convenient but unfortunately the area of the hotel has a lot of homeless people not friendly so arriving late is risky

Zimmer neu und sauber. Frühstück super. Frühstücksraum im Keller sehr schön! Verkehrsanbindungen in der Nähe. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Umgebung ist Geschmacksache, aber sehr authentisch, etwas weniger touristisch. Kanal in der Nähe ist schöne Abwechslung.

Recently Refurbished
Beautiful little hotel that has been recently refurbished with all modern necessities and a gorgeous breakfast room. The team who runs the hotel were lovely and very accommodating. Clean, bright, modern rooms. The location and surrounding area was questionable but the hotel itself feels safe and secure.

M&O stay
Travelled for work and wanted to stay near by main train connections. Hotel was easy to find and fitted very well my requirents. Check in was easy, room clean and by the looks recently refurbished. Traveling from UK having kettle and tea was treat to my colleagues they asked for milk which was provided. Checking out was easy and they been happy to look after our luggage so in term of our need 100% and beyond. Good understanding of English and happy to help. Overall very positive experience, thank you

Quaint little gem
The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the basilica and montmarte. , The staff speak English if needed, are immensely helpful and kind- they are available 24 hours. The rooms are très petite but clean, quaint, have a private bathroom as well as coffee set up. There is a tiny outdoor garden that is adorable as well as a comfortable little lounge area. The bed was comfy and the pillows were wonderful. I enjoyed the stay and would use this hotel again

The hotel was more run down than the internet photos let you believe. The bathroom was beyond bijoux. Trying to get milk for the coffees was a challenge. However the staff were lovely and the beds were super comfy. Easy to walk to and from Gare du Nord station and the metro.

Io e mia madre siamo state im questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio a Parigi. Ciò che più ci ha impedito di godere al meglio della nostra vacanza è stata sicuramente la posizione in cui si trova l'hotel, infatti durante tutto il percorso da e per la stazione della metro più vicina nei 2 giorni di soggiorno siamo state importunate e seguite da malviventi di cui il quartiere sembra pullulare. Questo è un problema su cui purtroppo l'hotel non ha modo di intervenire. Un'altra nota negativa a mio parere è il livello di pulizia della sranza, che in foto sembra ariosa ed elegante mentre in realtà la moquette è visibilmente sporca così come il bagno. A mio parere la tenda di stoffa nella doccia trattiene troppa sporcizia specialmente sul fondo che tocca nel piatto, i bicchieri poggiati sul lavandino dovrebbero essere confezionati singolarmente altrimenti non si é invogliati ad usarli. I cuscini colorati e il runner poggiati sul letto dovrebbero essere lavati ogni volta oppure si dovrebbe evitare di metterli del tutto. Nonostante questo il personale è super gentile e disponibile e siamo state accolte in maniera impeccabile.

Chambre Confortable, personnel attentif aux besoins, chambre bien équipée (bouilloire, tasses, sèche cheveux, serviettes, couverture supplémentaire) mais table trop petite et encombrée. Quartier un peu désagréable mais sécurité assurée.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Die Dusche neigt leider zu einer Überschwemmung des Badezimmers und es stank etwas aus dem Abfluss. Frühstück war gut, der Frühstücksraum leider etwas eng, aber alles im Rahmen.

The hotel provided a 3 star service as expected , my disappointment was the area where the hotel was situated , both my wife and myself felt very intimidated travelling between the hotel and central Paris , there were groups of males in every doorway and street corner who were watching us . After dark our venerability increased

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and they'd provided a fan to help with the heat. The staff were obliging and we appreciated that they were able to store our luggage after check out.

Das Hotel an sich ist so, wie man es von einer kurzfristig gebuchten Spontanreise für ca. 80 € p.N. in Paris erwarten kann. Das zimmer war klein, das Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ... sagen wir mal "ökonomisch" ... (man sollte sich vor der Nutzung des Bades klar sen, was man dort tun möchte un sich entsprenend vorwärts oder rückwärts hinein begeben *g*) aber wir waren ja nicht zum duschen in Paris. Also ok. Und die Umgebung. .. wenn man weltoffener Gutmensch ist, dürfte einem das stark afrikanisch-arabisch-indisch geprägte Viertel durchaus gefallen. Meine jüngere weibliche Begleitung fühlte sich aber eher unwohl und stand unter steter männlicher Begutachtung, konnte die Kommentare aber (leider?) nicht verstehen. ;-)

I found a dirty nappy by the telephone in my room but they changed it and gave me a new one. It still stands that the first room I was given was disgusting!
