Peu confortable
Points négatifs : La chambre n’était pas propre au niveau murs et sols… on sentait la moisissure et très petite pas assez d espace…balcon en mauvais état, le petit déjeuner n’était pas très appétissant, la qualité n’était pas là !!! Points positifs : la salle de bain était grande, baignoire , serviettes propres , lit très bien fait…. Panier de clémentines mis à disposition pour la clientèle et boissons chaudes….accueil sympathique…placement de l’hôtel bien situé pour les visites dans le quartier latin….

El hotel está muy buen ubicado, cerca de estaciones de bus y metro a pocos minutos caminando, rodeado de muchos restaurantes de todas las cocinas del mundo. La habitación es cómoda y la zona es tranquila para poder descansar.

Generous sized rooms in comparison to our rooms in Nice & Lyon. Staff friendly and helpful. My only drawback is the shower curtain and one wall in our suite needed repair.

The property was fine. The room was ok. The bathroom was small however super clean with new looking bath tub (no yellow and hardlime brown stains). The room carpet was clean and housekeeping was on point. The staff was super nice and friendly. The smell was rank coming from the bed cover/sheets - they smelled like they were left in the washer for a long time before being placed in the dryer.

For the hefty price, the rooms are extremely small—no space to move around the bed or turn around in the shower. We won’t mention the size of the elevator. Amenities are very minimal, and the internet unstable, slow, frustrating, and insecure. The 12 Euro breakfast was nothing to write home about. By the time we came down for breakfast, which was by no means late, there was no fruit to be had, and the girl who tended the so-called dining room was more interested in being in the back with her cell phone or outside smoking than indoors tending to the tables and replenishing food items. Of the 6 or 7 staff we came across, one can definitely be said to have a pleasant disposition, another had to be cajoled into being pleasant. The rest couldn’t be asked. This said, the beds were made every day and the towels changed if you indicated for them to be changed.

Basic stay in the middle of Paris
The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the metro, the Jardin des Plantes and Jardins du Luxembourg. It's in a safe neighborhood, with lovely little boutique shops and many restaurants. The staff were lovely, very friendly, and the place was clean enough. On the other hand, the room was very small. I had a double room, and nearly fell over the bed when I walked in the room. The bed was hard and unyeilding, but the sheets were clean. The bathroom was also tiny, but had decent soap, plenty of hot water and a good shower. Overall, it was expensive for what it was, but it put me in the centre of Paris, which was convenient for meeting up with friends.

The hotel rooms were dark and tiny. Places in my room had not been painted or finished. If the front desk had not been helpful I would have given the worst possible rating.

I’ve stayed here on and off for several years because of the staff — the high level of cleanliness and helpfulness and efficiency. Lubo and Kevin on the front desk and the lovely lady who coordinates breakfast are amazing. This stay was not stellar due to a night desk employee’s inability to give correct information or even use his computer to help plan buses and routes. André would benefit from additional training.

I'd actually give zero if I could. The guy in the night shift in the reception was actually terrible, the rudeness is just of out this world. It is very unfortunate as the colleague that did the check in was a very nice person. I strongly recommend the hotel to get rid of this type of employees that really harm their hotel's reputation

The hotel was a great location. And the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly. The only issue was that the shower was too small for me.
