I satisfied with this hotel very much.
I stayed a night for having convenient place to get on shuttle bus easy to Paris Bouvais Airport. And it was very close to shuttle bus stop. Hotel room was very neat and clean, and there was free wine and cheese in the evening.

만족합니다
공항에서 버스로 직접 갈수 있는 시내 지역은 Etoile지역과 Opera지역이 있습니다. Opera 근처보다는 Etoile 근처에 중저가 호텔이 많아 선택했습니다. 공항에서 에어프랑스 리무진버스(Le cars)를 타고 Porte Maillot에서 하차하면 걸어서 5분이면 도착할 수 있습니다. 편리한 것으로 따지면 버스 내리는 곳의 르메르디앙이나 하야트 호텔이 더 좋겠지만 가격으로 볼 때 에투알 세인트 페르디낭 호텔이 경쟁력이 있다고 생각됩니다. 근처에 메트로 역(Porte Maillot or Argentine)이 있어서 시내에서 이동하기에도 매우 편리합니다. 시내 호텔이 대부분 그렇듯이 방크기는 작은 편이지만 깨끗하고 1박에는 전혀 무리가 없습니다. 호텔 직원들이 아주 친절한 것도 좋았구요. 호텔 맞은편에 까르푸가 있어서 음료수나 맥주를 구입하기에도 편리했습니다. 까르푸는 10시에 문을 닫기 때문에 그 이후에는 호텔 프론트에서 와인을 구입할 수 있습니다(괜찮은 보르도 와인이 15유로 정도 합니다). 전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

지하철역과 가까워서 위치도 정말좋았고 객실상태도 매우깨끗하고 아늑했다. 마지막날 공항으로 이동할때 공항버스가 바로 호텔근처였던 것도 매우 편리했다.

<GOOD> -Great location very close to a Supermarket Walking distance in 5 minutes to two subway stations, airport limousin bus stops(Charles De Gaulle, ORY, Beauvais) -Safe environment -Clean room and bathroom:) <BAD> -NO refrigerator!!!!! -Small room and small bathroom -Super small elevator -overpriced for its quality .. Anyway It's not so bad. I could't find super negative point. Everage rating 4 hotel for me and my mother.

특별한 크리스마스를 위하여 이 호텔에서 지냈는데 생각보다 더 예쁜 호텔이었습니다. 무료 조식과 런치박스 및 웰컴드링크를 제공해주어 정말 좋았구요, 전체적으로 깔끔하고 안락한 분위기였으나 공기가 탁한 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그러나 지하철역과도 도보 5분이내로 가까고 주요관광지인 개선문과 샹젤리제거리와 가까웠기에 만족합니다.

관광하기에 은근 편리한 곳에 위치한 파리의 베스트웨스턴 호텔
별기대 안하고 예약했습니다만, 실제로 가보니 가격대비 완전 만족이였어요^^ 우선 위치가 에펠탑&개선문 근처라서 야경보고 숙소 돌아오기가 편했어요 그리고 호텔직원들이 엄청 친절했습니다. 약간 가족적인 분위기로 운영하는듯하여서 다들 즐겁게 일하는 것 같아 보였어요ㅎㅎ 마지막으로 진짜 예상도 못했던 장점하나!!! 런치박스가 무료라는거ㅋㅋ>_< 리셉션에 말하면 샌드위치, 과자, 물이 들어있는 봉투를 주신답니다ㅎㅎ (덕분에 점심식사비 굳었다는....ㅋ) 제가 갔을때만 일시적으로 줬던건지, 아니면 계속 주는건지는 모르겠지만... 아무튼~! 기대도 안했던 거라 넘넘 좋았어요^^ 약간의 아쉬운 점이라면... 아무래도 3성급 호텔이다 보니 상대적으로 시설이 미흡하고, 방음이 약간 안된다는 점과, 객실내에서 와이파이가 되긴 하지만 약간 제한적인 위치에서만 된다는거?ㅋ 그치만 전반적으로는 가격대비 생각해서 완전 만족했어요~~~

Comfortable and good location
Love the location and the room was nice and clean. The free coffee is soooo good and every pm they have little treats in the lobby. Overall a comfortable stay.

Outstanding, personal service from staff. Arrived exhausted from overnight flight. Check-in staff got us coffee and a plate of croissants, as well as getting room ready early. Comfy bed and nice sized bathroom. Thorough daily cleaning. Lovely, cute neighborhood with a very short walk to best subway line in Paris. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Elegant breakfast. Car rental located across the square.

Nice hotel for a business trip
The stay was nice. The reception staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean overall. It is well located next to a nice bistro and close to a nice cocktail club. The downsides are that the shower I got was very small in the corner of the bathroom and you have very little perks in the room (no fridge, no water or tea, no sleepers, no international plugs)

Small nice hotel with great location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms were small but nice and clean. Walking distance to Arc the Triumph and metro stations. Downside - it's quite noisy in rooms facing the street outside.

Hotel itself was fine. Would stay in this area again. Check out was a joke though. Checkout in my confirmation was 12pm. I got an angry call from downstairs at 11am disputing this with me and I said I could show them my confirmation of 12pm check out. When I did they told me to speak to Expedia and get it changed on their website rather than them having the conversation with Expedia - it was ridiculous.

The only thing that the air condition was not working at all and we had to cancel our stay and thanks to the property manager was out standing

On June 18, 2023, my cousin and I arrived at this hotel after an exhausting trip hoping to be well received and rest properly. After checking in the front desk, we went to the room, which was very tidy and clean, but when we turned on the air conditioning, we noticed that it was not cooling, so we called the man who was in charge of the hotel that night. The man told us that he did not guarantee the air conditioning would work. I explained to him that without air I could not sleep since I suffer from bronchial asthma. The man told me he was sorry but he couldn't help me. I asked him to change my room and he told me that the hotel was full. I checked the hotel's capacity on the web and there was one room available, but he insisted on not changing our room. So I decided to contact the Expedia company to talk to this man and convince him to help us. All this happened between 12:00 am and 1:30 am. The man was so rude that I couldn't talk to him anymore. The man never went to check if the air in the room worked and he lied to the company saying that the air did work. In the end, no agreement could be reached with the gentleman and the gentleman recommended canceling the reservation. At 1.30 am we had to pack our things and leave for another Hotel that, thanks to the Management of the Expedia representative, we were able to move at no additional cost. This gentleman's attention was horrible. A tremendous lack of education and empathy.
