교통 요지의 괜찮은 호텔
교통이 좋은 도심 한복판의 호텔로서 괜찮은 호텔이었음. 다만 숙박기간중, 엘리베이터가 고장이 나서 5층까지 걸어다닌 것을 제외하고는 별 문제가 없었음.

위치와 호텔직원의 친절도 모두 좋았습니다.
직원이 친절합니다. 위치가 좋고 시설도 훌륭합니다. 하지만 하얀색 수건에서 불쾌한 것을 발견했습니다. 나머지 이불과 침구와 기타 다른 시설은 매우 깨끗했습니다.

위치가 정말 좋습니다! 주요 관광지 어디든 가기 편해요~ 걸어서 오페라극장 메트로역까지 얼마 안걸리고, 근처에 마트와 한인식당 모두 도보로 왕래 가능합니다. 호텔 룸은 좀 많이 좁긴해요 ㅋㅋ 그래도 이건 어쩔 수 없고.. 매일 청소해주시는 분들이 정말 깨끗히 청소해주셔서 좋았습니다! 그리고 리셉션 직원분들도 친절해서 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다 :)

절대 Duplex를 예약하지 말아야 하는 호텔
호텔직원들은 친절하나 이 호텔의 Duplex 는 엘리베이터가 없어 좁고 가파른 계단을 올라가야하기에 어린이나 어르신과 가는 가족 여행에는 비추 비추입니다. 저는 4일 예약했었으나 현지에 도착하자마자 방을 취소했지만 아직까지 환불을 못받고 있는 상태입니다. 저와 같은 피해를 받는 소비자가 없었으면 합니다. 호텔직원들은 매우 친절하나 꼭대기 6층 방인 Duplex는 가족용으로 절대 예약하면 안 됩니다.

나무랄데 없는 편안함
일단 데스크가 친절했습니다. 장소도 오페라에서 가까워서 좋았고, 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았습니다. 적당한 크기였고, 깨끗했습니다.

생각보다 방과 화장실 크기가 컸습니다. 성인 2명과 7세어린이 1명이 사용하기에 나쁘지 않았습니다. 스텝들이 아주 친절했으며, 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 오페라 역에서 거리가 그리 가깝지는 않았으나, 걷기에는 많이 먼 거리는 아니였습니다.

Il fait beaucoup trop chaud dans les chambres. On doit dormir la fenêtre ouverte en mars pour ne pas trop souffrir de la chaleur. Même avec le chauffage coupé c’était beaucoup trop chaud. Bref, choisissez un autre hôtel. Mal dormir pendant une semaine c’est trop difficile.

Beautiful location. Room was very pretty and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. I’d stay there again anytime I visit Paris. We are two friends who shared a room and we were both extremely happy with everything!

Like many rooms in Paris, expect small elevators, cramped rooms. Note if you are staying on the sixth floor be aware a walk up small stairs will be needed to get to the floor from the fifth and to reach your bed at night in room. Area was very walkable and safe. For the price was expecting more elbow room.

This is a fantastic hotel that gives you access to all of Paris without the traffic and noise. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the service is exceptional. I was traveling with my wife and 2 children and we greatly enjoyed the room layout (Junior Suite) and had a wonderful time. I’m very picky about hotels, but I will continue to stay at Hotel Gramont whenever possible when in Paris.

Friendly staff with fantastic service
All the staff were really helpful and internal communication between staff was fantastic. My train tickets were cancelled suddenly by Rail Ninja without any reasons one night before our departure. Staff, a male staff on night shift on 13 Jun 2022 (sorry that i didn't get the name as I was frantically looking for alternatives) was very kind to help me send request to Rail Ninja and advising that I should book with Thalys. I also left a gift at the reception to hand it to my colleague whom I couldn't meet due to some unforseen circumstances. The next morning when I checked with the reception, the staff were all aware of the gift arrangement. A very cohesive team with good internal communication on guest's needs. Kudos to all the staff at Gramont Hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Paris next time.

Hotel en travaux. Couloir, escalier et façade protégés par des bâches. Pas d'acces à la TV cause travaux et wi fi très très faible. Dommage de ne pas avoir prévenu..

Bad experience they where doing renovations on the building in every floor and had a lot of noise very early in the wall of my room. The internet only worked well in lobby. I understand they have to renovate but they should let us know.

A terrible hotel
This hotel is terrible. I booked the a triple room 2 months before the trip and when I arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk told me the room was under renovation and the hotel was not available. They arranged us to change to another hotel which was totally terrible. The room was very small for three people, the window was broken, the floor was dirty. How can a hotel treat the customers in this way? I will never try this hotel again.

Estaban remodelando el piso donde nos quedamos y a 5 pasos habían albañiles picando y trabajando y no dejaban descansar , olía muy feo todo el piso incluido el elevador. Que siempre se molestaban los albañiles si nos metíamos primero que ellos. Por otro lado sonó la alarma de incendio dos veces falsa alarma en el hotel . Un día no nos hicieron el cuarto

Une situation hypercentrale
Habitant la banlieue nous avons réservé une nuit à la sortie d'une représentation à l'Opéra Comique, en vue de passer la journée du lendemain à Paris. Points positifs: même si les chambres sont très petites, elles sont bien aménagées pour qu'on ne soit pas encombrés par ses bagages. La décoration est soignée. Les salles d'eau, minuscules(mais la douche fait quand même 100x80), sont équipées de matériel de bonne qualité (joli carrelage). Nous ne pouvons rien dire du petit déjeuner, ne l'ayant pas pris sur place. Nos relations avec le service s'est limité à l'accueil, à l'arrivée et après la représentation.Situation très centrale, à 100 m à peine de l'Opéra Comique et 500 m de l'Opéra Garnier, tout près des restaurants du Boulevard des Italiens. Point négatif: si la rue de Gramont, la nuit, est très silencieuse, la situation de notre chambre, sous les toits, a été gênée par la pluie, incessante cette nuit-là, qui a crépité sur la toiture une bonne partie de la nuit (difficile, toutefois, de reprocher la pluie à la direction de l'Hôtel !!!)

The location and the Value were both fantastic. The reception was so helpful in helping me find a dry cleaning and stationary store. The room was clean and very well decorated.
