Worst service I've ever seen
I was assigned a room two hours later than the previous check-in time, but when I went up, the housekeeper was still cleaning and they said they had assigned me to the requested room, but there was no request at all.I went down and said they were still cleaning and it wasn't the room I requested.The employee at the front desk, standing in front of me without saying a word of apology, started conversing with a higher-ranking boss next to her in their own language.Feeling limited in my patience, I said that the room I reserved in advance was not ready yet, do you know what time it is now.. It's not even the room I requested.Then manager, now the room is ready, and when did you send the request..Show me the message you sent the request, and it really made me angry.Even if they said they were sorry for not preparing the room in advance and that they would deal with it as soon as possible, what kind of fighting attitude is this in a situation!?Then she, the manager, said she would upgrade the room. They said that it is a much bigger and better room than the room i booked, so it's a great suggestion.Think about it, does upgrading make you feel better..??What I wanted was basic service, but they can't even do that trivial thing and we’ll upgrade,so the attitude of saying stop fussing and go away made me feel really bad.The trip that day was Of course, it was the service that made the memory of my Paris trip the worst.If I come to Paris again,I will never want to stay at this HOTEL!

패밀리룸 예약하시려는 분 유의하세요
먼저 여기 사이트에서 패밀리룸으로 예약하시려는 분들에게 말씀드립니다. 어른 2, 아이 2의 가족여행으로 더블bed 1개, 싱글 bed 2개의 사이트 예약 내용보고 예약하고 방문하였으나 호텔에는 이런 패밀리룸이 없다하여 더블bed 1개짜리 2개 방에 묵으라고 하였습니다. 물론 비용은 패밀리룸으로 더 비싸게 예약하였습니다. 아이들이 있어 어쩔수 없이 더블 베드 한개에 소파 bed, extra bed 를 추가하여 묵었습니다. 호텔은 처음 가본 파리 시내였으나 위치가 좋은 편이고, 프론트 분들도 친절하였습니다. 조식은 추천할 수준은 아니고, 조식포함이라면 아침만 간단히 해결하려면 딱 거기까지 입니다. 객실 청소와 청결도는 괜찮은 수준이고 마음에 걸리는 건 커피 포트가 물때가 끼어서 물을 데펴 먹을 수가 없어 가지고 간 컵라면과 커피는 먹지 못했습니다.

오페라 쪽 백화점과 매우 가깝고, 근처에 에디아르나 라비니아같은 유명 와인샵,식품점 등이 밀집해 있어, 쇼핑하기에 최적의 위치. 시내 중심가이지만 조용한 곳에 위치해 있음. 위치가 매우 좋음

The hotel was fine - rooms are small but cozy. Staff is excellent. Location is amazing (close to the RoissyBus which is the best way to get into Paris, and the Gallery Lafayette And Printemps stores, lots of shopping, good metro connections). Two down sides: only one small elevator that you have to wait for at times, and the mattress cover is plastic (I assume to get rid of bed bugs) so it gets REALLY hot at night. Did not sleep well.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, it is a short walk to the metro or bus and lots of dining and shopping in the area. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Paris.

Clean, comfortable boutique hotel located in a wonderful, safe, central neighborhood. Excellent for shopping. The AC is a huge plus.

シャワーは過去最高！
予想より良かった。特にシャワールームは湯量、油温共にパーフェクト。日本以上に良い。 また、浴槽は無いがシャワーブースがしっかり囲えて外への水漏れもなく、安心してゆったりとシャワーを浴びることが出来た。その意味では過去最高に快適なシャワー。 フロントスタッフも気さくで良いかな。

Staff is great and very helpful when needed. Walkable to a lot of restaurants / cafes. The cafe opposite is very good with nice food options. Breakfast is half the price if you book direct.

It was in a great area for shopping but a little farther than we usually stay. The hotel was very clean and nice, and the area felt very safe. Because I was in a single room, there was no choice of a room facing the street which I love. My window opened to an inner courtyard. I would have liked the choice of deciding to have a view or no view. All in all, I loved the hotel and staff.

This is lovely older hotel in a neighborhood with lots of shopping, bars and restaurants close by. My room was on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. It opened onto an interior courtyard, so no street noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel in November, 2022. I was really surprised that even though the hotel is 3 star, it was very clean. The room was also very clean. The location was superb. The hotel is located close to the metro stations, bus stops, shopping, cafes and restaurants. Theaters are next by. Even though the hotel is close to all of the amenities, the street is not noisy. Perhaps in summer if you have to keep the windows open, you might hear people dining outside of the restaurant that is across the street, but that’s it. I’m very pleased with the choice of the hotel.
