Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de ne pas avoir pu répondre à vos attentes en termes d'insonorisation et que malgré notre double vitrage vous avez entendu le bruit de la rue. Nous avons partagé votre commentaire avec notre équipe technique qui est en charge de vérifier l'étanchéité de nos fenêtres pour voir comment nous pouvons réduire davantage le bruit extérieur. Concernant vos commentaires sur l'environnement de l'hôtel, comme dans toutes les capitales culturelles, il est possible que le soir, votre chemin croise celui des noctambules. Mais nous n'avons jamais eu d'incidents autres que le bruit et nous tenons à vous assurer que nous connaissons très bien le quartier et qu'il n'y a pas de danger. I am sorry that you have had to suffer the failure of the elevator, you will understand that this is totally beyond our control. We have done our best to make your stay as good as possible, with the hiring of a porter, but it is true that it is very unpleasant whatever the category of the hotel.
