Location - not bad but not so good Room - too small and noisy Service - not so bad We love Stohrer so we chose this hotel. But it was not a good choice. It had been better for us to stay in the nearer one to Louvre.

駅からも近く、レストランもたくさんあるので便利な立地です。 お部屋は寝るだけなら問題ないではないですが、シャワーやドライヤー設備は新しいとは言えないです。 シャワーは水漏れしていたり、ドライヤーは長時間連続して使えなかったり、少し不便でした。 アメニティがNuxeだったのはとても良かったですが、コンディショナーがついていたら完璧でした。 でもスタッフは皆さん良い人だったので、総合すると良いホテルでした。

Great location but… no thank you.
VRBO booked this hotel for us for 2 nights after we arrived in Paris, France to find that the VRBO host canceled our reservation. Funny they forgot to mention they only paid for 1, and next day they didn’t want to pay for a second unless we moved because the next day was “more expensive to them”. The manager, a Mr Y. Made every effort to accommodate, to include reducing the fee so that VRBO could match their budget for that extra night. When VRBO was going to out us in a hotel near the red light district w/ our 2 daughters. Mr Y told us “no way” and helped us by reducing the fees to VRBO budget so we could stay there for the duration of our week in Paris. Mr Y saved our vacation. Once you get past the naked paintings with full bush and having to explain that to your little kids on why there is painting of naked people in every room and hallway, then you are ok. Rooms smell a little but then again it’s France so, anyone who stayed there probably didn’t use deodorants in a. Long time so that what it smelled like. You kinda sorta get used to. Breakfast is bread, couple of pieces of ham and fruit… and coffee so strong you can’t drink it. Single bed was nothing but a cot. Like a camping foldable cot with a cushion mattress under a piece of plywood. DO NOT book ANYTHING through the hotel. No Eiffel Tower or louvre or nothing tickets. You won’t get them, not in time anyways and may be the wrong person tickets, wrong time or date. They just blame it on the next guy who isn’t the

Don’t stay here. I never write a review but I don’t think anyone should stay here. Why? #1. Overpriced rooms ($2046 Euros for 4 nights). #2. Terrible beds (the mattress is very firm and dusty). We couldn’t sleep at all. #3. The extra bed or “twin” bed is a foldable bed with a very thin mattress). #4. The rooms are Extremely hot and dark. There is no air conditioning. However, they advertise it. #5. Electric problems (difficult to charge cellphones and other devices). #6. An old TV (1980’s). #7. Inconvenient shower (the shower head and drop elbow is close to the wall). #8. They didn’t let me cancel my booking for the last 2 days. #9. Noisy.

Sono rimasto molto deluso dalla struttura per le condizioni strutturali interne e per i servizi. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era priva di WiFi. Ho chiesto la motivazione e mi è stato detto che il loro impianto non raggiungeva tutte le camere cosa assurda nel 2023. Ho chiesto la sostituzione della stanza ma non è stata possibile. Inoltre il bagno aveva sanitari vecchi e scheggiati e la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Onestamente da un 4 stelle dove paghi € 300 a notte Ti aspetteresti un servizio del verso.

This is a wonderful hotel right in the heart of a gorgeous street filled with amazing cafes and stores. Walkable to everywhere and great shopping nearby also. Staff were so lovely and made our family feel so welcome and relaxed.

Hotel Victoire Opéra is absolutely outstanding. The street where it is located is unbeatable; wonderful ambiance, great restaurants and shops. Very close to metro stops. The staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Very highly recommended!

The staff and the overall cleanlinesses was good. However, on our second day our adjoining was not cleaned. We were at the top of the building as we had a family suite and would not suggest this for elderly people, as the lift stopped a floor below. Breakfast was sparse, no buffet to choose from and we had to ask for everything not knowing what was on offer or staff disappearing when you needed something. Very small breakfast room 8 table of two and the hotel has in excess of twenty rooms! Good location.

This is not a four star hotel in my opinion. General decor upstairs is tired, virtually no plug or sockets in the room and a really rubbish shower left me feeling tepid.

hotel très bien placé, tout près des halles. salle petit déjeuner à rafraichir , petit déjeuner moyen, produits basiques, pas de fruit par exemple. chambre pour 3 grande , mais mieux vaut une chambre sur cour car rue très bruyante avec les terrasses en dessous. climatisation efficace et peu bruyante, necessaire en été sous les toits. rapport qualité/prix excellent pour un 4 étoiles.

Die Ankunft war angenehm und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer angekommen war das Fenster offen und es ließ sich den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht verschließen. Von der Sauberkeit her fand ich es sehr unangenehm, dass noch Müll von den Gästen zuvor am Boden lag. Aber abgesehen von solchen Kleinigkeiten hat mich nur eine Situation sehr erschrocken, weshalb ich auch nie wieder dieses Hotel besuchen werde. Ich hatte mich gerade umgezogen und ohne zu klopfen öffnete eine Angestellte meine Tür und kam rein zu einer Zeit die sehr ungewöhnlich war. Als sie mich sah war sie sehr erschrocken. Ich habe den Vorfall gemeldet und die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich und haben sich mehrmals entschuldigt. Ich finde die Lage fantastisch aber aufgrund des unangenehmen Vorfalls werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr in Betracht ziehen.

Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht. Das eine Zimmer war von der Grösse und Austattung sympathisch und angemessen. Das zweite Zimmer viel kleiner, Steckdosen funktionieren nicht. Gute Lage, charmantes Hotel.

From the plugs to connect your phone, to the shower, toilet, old carpet, the place is falling apart and it seems like they don’t fix everything that breaks. I had to shower with cold water on top of that, the staff was very kind.. they tried their best to fix things but whoever owns the property is making money off of something broken that doesn’t provide the simple things a customer needs. Location? Excellent, I still feel like it’s not worth what I paid.
