좋은 호텔 입니다
에펠탑 뷰가 에펠탑 꼭대기 등불 뷰일줄은 몰랐지만 대체로 주변도 안전한거 같고 근처에 상점도 많고 이동시 특별히 불편한점도 없었습니다. 유럽에서 이정도면 준수한편입니다 한국 4성급과 비교하기는 무리이지만. 아무튼 추천할만한 호텔입니다

매우 친절함
2022년 6월 기준으로 파리 호텔 가격이 코로나 이전의 거의 2배였음에도 불구하고, 이 호텔은 입지에 비해 납득할 수 있는 가격이었습니다. 방이 조금 좁고 카펫과 복도의 창소 상태가 약간 아쉬웠지만 방은 대체로 깨끗했고, 어매니티나 설비의 상태, 화장실도 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치가 에펠탑 근처이다 보니 숙박 당시 가족단위 여행객이 많았습니다. 택시 호출은 어려운 편이었지만 요새 파리의 택시 이용이 매우 어려운 것과 비교하면 나쁘다고 하기는 어렵습니다. 작고 아담한 레스토랑에서의 조식은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 무려 2년만에 파리 호텔에서 조식을 했습니다! 이 호텔의 최대 장점은 직원들의 친절함입니다. 도착일 트윈 룸으로 예약한 방들이 더블베드로 준비되어 당황하였지만 늦은 시간에 3개의 객실 베딩을 모두 교체하여 주었습니다. 리셉션 직원들의 영어가 잘 통하고, 무엇보다 숙박객을 도와주려는 태도가 돋보입니다. 위 사례 외에도 호텔에 무엇인가를 요청하는 데 거리껴지지 않는 드문 곳이었습니다. 이 호텔이 4성급 호텔이라는 점을 감안해도 매우 친절했고 유쾌한 기억이었습니다.

위치가 조용한 대로이고 고풍스런 건물, 규모는 작지만 아늑한 분위기. 청결도가 좋고 조식부페도 좋았습니다. 에펠탑 보이는 창문, 에펠탑과 가까워 만족스러웠습니다. Family Suite 는 소파배드도 퀸사이즈였으며 대형 TV 가 2개여서 좋았습니다. 객실 wifi 잘됩니다.

편안한 숙소
객실 업그레이드 해주셔서 생각보다 방이 넓었습니다. 무엇보다 에펠탑 근처라 위치 매우 좋구요 호텔 찾기도 쉬워요. 4성급치고 호텔 규모는 작아요.그래도 깨끗하고, 어메니티랑 잘 준비되어 있어서 만족스러웠습니다.

마주치는 직원들이 다 친절했어요. 방은 생각했던거 보다는 작았는데 파리 다른 호텔을 가본적이 없어서 비교를 하진 못하겠어요. 안에 시설은 다 좋았는데 (특히 화장실이 넓고 욕조가 있어서 좋았어요!!) 복도랑 방음은 안되는 편이더라고요. 어매니티도 구비되어 있어서 유용하게 썼습니다. 그리고 일찍 체크인을 해서 그런진 모르겠는데 에펠뷰를 주셨어요!! 덕분에 새벽까지 반짝이는 거 잘 보고 잤어요!

에펠탑 근처의 편리하고 아늑한 호텔
에펠탑 근처의 숙소를 찾고 있었는데 걸어서 3분 정도의 굉장히 가깝고 메트로에서도 걸어서 2분거리의 위치라 마음에 들었어요. 호텔이 크진 않지만 고급스럽고 아늑해서 마음에 들었습니다. 욕실과 어매니티도 좋았고, 나중에 에펠탑 근처에 가면 다시 묵고 싶은 곳이에요.

에펠탑에서 가까워서 선택했어요.객실에서 에펠탑이 보이지는 않았어요. 직원들 친절해요. 로비에 에펠탑젤리 있어서 오며가며 맛있게 먹었네요. 예약할때 퀸배드 1개 더블배드 1개였는데 더블배드가 소파배드였어요..퀸배드는 크고 편했으나 소파배드는 불편했어요. 누웠을때 철골이 만져지더라구요..

나름 괜찮았어요~
생각보다 룸이 작았지만 불편하진 않았습니다. 주변에 음식점도 많고 작은 아시아가게도 있어서 좋았어요. 5분정도 걸으면 메트로 타는 곳이 있어서 교통도 나쁘지 않았네요. 샴프,샤워젤,바디로션은 에르메스 제품을 주더라구요(칫솔은 챙겨가세요~) ^^

에펠탑이 방에서 보이지않아서 약간실망했음 보이는줄알고 방을잡았던건데 그래도 가까운거리에있어서 밤에 구경하러 나갈나갈수있어서 좋았음 냉장고와 커피포트가 있어서 편리했음 목욕가운이 있어서좋았음

All staff was super attentive! 5 stars to all! Came to Paris for my daughters 9th birthday and they had chocolates and a birthday sign in our room!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank You very much for the hospitality, we will most definately be back! We also loved the area, we felt safe to walk to Eiffel tower and other attractions.

Overall, lovely hotel with excellent location to restaurants, Eiffel Tower, and shopping. Nice amenities and wonderful customer service. Our room’s carpet was very dirty - stained and not vacuumed.

Expensive hotel with service issues
The room turned out to be much smaller than in the photographs. Toiletries are much cheaper than shown in the photos. Breakfast was ordered to the room at 10:00, but delivered at 7:00, plus you need to go to the restaurant yourself to get warm food. The interior is shabby and needs renovation. The climate control is noisy and needs to be turned off to get a good night's sleep. At the checkout, there was double charge for city tax, so I had to claim for refund

Check in was a very pleasant experience! Mayowa (pardon me if I’m not spelling it correctly) was very welcoming, polite, respectful and helpful. As a customer, a smile and ability to make eye contact when speaking is very important. Another front desk staff ( her name I think is Anne) was very helpful and pleasant. We had the family suite, and the pull out bed was all set up for the 3rd occupant. Room was clean but small but it worked for us since we were out most of the day. Main bed is comfortable and sheets were clean. Refrigerator had complimentary drinks of water and juice. Bathroom is clean and spacious, but the shower water pressure was very weak. Hotel location is very close to Eiffel Tower, lots of dining places nearby, pharmacy across the street and a convenience store around the corner. We walked most of the time we were there. 5 min to Eiffel, about 30 min to Arc de Triomphe, 45 min to Notre Dame.

A great hidden gem. Close to the Eiffel Tower, all forms of transit and the river as well. Very central and easy to get to and from. Mayoma the front desk ambassador is a pure delight to deal with. Friendly knowledgeable and a great representative.. All the staff were exceptional to deal with. I will definitely be back!

The property location is very good and staff is welcoming but paying so much for this property (450$ a night for family room) is not worth it rooms are very small, showers don’t work , corridors are claustrophobic, property looks very old. Also would not recommend to have there breakfast as it’s very less options for 22 euros / person (you can get better options elsewhere) I would never come and stay here again because if you are paying this much for a room there are better options in Paris which I have been too, they are rated as 4 stars on Expedia and in front of the hotel but for me it seems like a 2 star place have stayed in better properties within Paris
