이 호텔들에 대해서 말도많고 탈도많은거 같은데... 기본적으로 타 5성 호텔에 비해서 저렴한 편입니다. 내부 시설은 최고급 시설까진 아니였지만, 값 이상은 한다고는 느껴졌습니다. It was great overall.

Me and my wife stayed here for new years eve. The staff were polite, nice and tended to our needs. The room was spacious, clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and we fully recommend this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful. From the moment we entered, early in the morning, we were greeted kindly and shown to our room early. The amenities are clean and spacious. Hotel staff are superb.

Excellent location with the added benefit of being on a quiet street. Hotel staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The size, condition and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. All in all, the Majestic was an excellent choice for our family. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon.

Extraordinary
Had a fantastic family stay here. We stayed in the suite and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. What made this stay extraordinary was when the Chef Concierge Yannick Tonnellier got on his motorbike and personally delivered one of our forgotten bags to us at the airport. We were so thankful for this act of kindness and this exceeded our expectations of hospitality. Would never stay anywhere else in Paris.

Sleepy spot a couple blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. We were hoping to get a chance to use the pools - but you had to book ahead of time at the front desk and the hours seemed not so convenient if you are trying to see the sights during the day. Wish it was easier to access and that they offered massage services etc.

Overall disappointed. Hotel was slightly outdated, service was ok - but the breakfast was extremely bad. Not worth the money and it’s a pity it’s rated 5 stars. The value vs price is off and we will not be back.

This property was extremely disappointing. Our room wasn’t what was represented to us in the picture when we booked. There were lights out in the bathroom, shower wasn’t working, the TV remote didn’t even have batteries. Called to get coffee at 6am and said sorry have to wait until 7am. Mind boggling to me when you’re paying 700$ a night. We were traveling with children and in the bathroom there was a rack to hang things. On the bottom there were 2 metal anchors to hold the rack and one had a plastic protector and the other was exposed in which my son banged his head on the metal. Light switches were dated and faulty couldn’t turn certain lights off. The spa was closed as well. I am not one to complain but when you’re paying as much as you are per night you expect better. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

The room did not match the description, I know that it is not always like the photo but it needs a serious refresh (furniture, carpet, curtains, and bathroom). We arrived in the evening and the staff who did our check-in was so new he didn’t know which building our room was (nor did the person who helped with the luggage) so we lost 15 min going up and down looking for our room. There was no bottle of water so I had to boil water in order to take my medicine with tea (and no bottle was left during our stay) which we mentioned at checkout and at least we were told that it was unacceptable

Superb property, very comfortable room, knowledgeable and helpful staff. My only complaint is that breakfast was a ripoff, although that's true of many hotels.

Haben uns nicht einchecken lassen, weil Kinder (2,7) keine Pässe dabei hatten. Das ist jedoch KEIN GESETZ, sondern die individuelle Hausregel des Hotels mit der wir vor Ort erst konfrontiert wurden. Erst nach 4 stündiger Telefonodysee mit Hotels.com und einem Schichtwechsel des Personals durften wir einchecken.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us at the Majestic Hôtel-Spa and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to read that you were unsatisfied with your check in experience. Please allow me to clarify on your review. It appears that you had a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children. As per local authorities, the hotel is required to record passport details of all foreigners upon check in. When you first came to the hotel around 05:00pm, you were by yourself. You refused to show all four passports and threatened to cancel your booking. We advised you to contact directly Hotels.com to cancel your booking as we cannot cancel any booking made with online travel agency. You then left the hotel and came back around 10:00pm. Our Front Desk let you check in this time but know this is not the usual procedure. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay and we look forward to your next visit. La localisation est très appreciable, la décoration vraiment réussie et la propreté irréprochable. Pas d 'isolation phonique donc reveil à 6H du matin par les déchargements et ramassage des poubelles. Le service de couverture était inconnu ! Manque de personnel, procédures non respectées concernant l' acces à la piscine déjà restreint.

I’m very disappointed regarding commitment. I’ve asked for parking and I was told will cost €60 per day on the hotel carpark. First day was all ok on second day when I came back to the hotel after a day in the city with the car i was told that the car park its full and I don't have to park. I left in the middle of the night with no parking when I booked for 2 days. Very unprofessional.
